Sage just glared at the other woman, growl rumbling in his throat. This...was not what he needed. Celeste had already snapped at him, and now Odessa was growling too. Celeste had clearly not wanted him there...and he didn't know what to do. His anger evaporated after a few moments though, and he just shook his head slightly. "What if I make it worse," he asked in a rather small, and very defeated voice.

"Youre not, she wants you," Odessa growled at him.

Sage sort of just shifted his weight nervously, the others angry tone not really helping. He got up with a sigh though, creeping into the room Celeste was in, approaching her heasitantly. It was unreasonable to be afraid of her....but he didn't know what to do and he didn't want to make anything worse.

Celeste continued to cry into Odessas pillow, vaguely aware that someone was in the room with her but she just assumed it was Odessa so she just kept crying, not looking up.

Sage sort of stood there awkwardly for a bit, but eventually let out a shaky breath and moved to eorch next to her on the bed, placing a gentle hand on her back. "Babe, if I did something wrong you got a let me know. I can't fix it if I don't know about it," he whispered tiredly

Celeste sniffled, turning to him and curling right in, burying her face in his chest and just cried. She just needed his comfort.

Sage was surprised when she just wrapped herself around him, as he'd half expected her to push him again. But after the initial shock, he just hugged his arms around her tightly, tears of relief prickling his eyes

Celeste sobbed into his chest, clinging onto him.

Sage just hugged her tightly, moving to rub small circles around her back.

Celeste eventually calmed down, now just sniffling against Sages chest.
