Anya had the boy carry Sage swiftly through the halls and into the doctors ward fairly quickly. It was late... quiet, which seemed like such a difference to the loud and vibrant theme of the tavern. The doctor, though, only looked confused when the burst through. Confused as to why the two were still up, and confused as to why Luther had a huge grin on his face and a lifeless body in his arms. There was only really one explanation she could think of; the boy had sucker punched someone and ended up knocking them out (hopefully not on purpose.) Anya just stared at the man for a few moments before she went a little pale. Well, what was she meant to say now? "We brought you a friend," she eventually muttered before pointing to a bed for Luther to sit the other boy down in. The doctor just looked at her for a moment before nodding and wandering over to him, but not before gesturing for the the other two to go away. Anya didn't know what was happening... or what was going to happen, but all she wanted to do was curl up in bad for a while and wait for it all to calm down again. God, what was she thinking... bringing him back to the castle. It was so stupid. Her mother wouldn't be at all impressed, and she didn't know what to do with him after he woke up again. Was she meant to sit with him, or go about her day as though he'd never even returned?

Sage recognized the fact that he'd been set down on a bed, and recognized another voice. Well, he had no idea who it was but it seemed familiar. Whatever. The doctor walked over and started running his hands over sage, trying to figure out what was going on. Eventually he sighed and nodded. "He's still alive...I'll see what I can do. Anya, go try to find some clothes that aren't strips of rags," he ordered the girl before gesturing for his apprentice to help. She was almost a doctor herself but he could use her help. They both looked the boy over, which sage could feel. But he could see Lizzie now, and he gave the girl a bright smile and opened his arms to envelop the girl in a hug. However, when he stopped breathing, the doctor cursed and lept to the boys chest to try and revive him as his apprentice grabbed steroids to shoot into his bloodstream. They worked frantically for a few minutes before his chest rose and fell again. When he'd reached Liz, his face had a slight smile on it, but the worry and pain immediately returned when he took a breath. The doctor was busy and didn't realize though, and was just working on finding some stuff to help the person on the table. Anya was still there, maybe she'd wanted to see if the patient would live, so he jerked his head in the direction of the door. He'd need to be cleaned up if he wanted to be healthy.

Anya gave a bit of a nod as she was instructed to go find some clean clothes for the boy. She grabbed Luther's wrist and dragged him back towards their room and settled him down before rummaging around for a shot and some pants for the boy. They were Luther's, and they'd be massive, but they were clean and they'd keep him warm enough. She quickly wandered back towards the the doctors, though when she walked in she came face to face with the rather chaotic sight of the doctor and the apprentice running around and trying to help the boy. They calmed down after a moment of so, once the saw that he was breathing, and Anya found herself relaxing a litttle at that sight too. As long as the doctor was happy, she supposed. "Is he... okay?" She asked hesitantly before holding the clothes up a little. They should do for the time being, before they got something else for the boy. Well, she didn't suppose he'd be exactly busy. Once she handed him the clothes, she decided to leave... Sage was in fine hands, and she was tired. She could visit in the morning if she felt like it. She quickly got herself changed and hopped into bed with Luther, who'd instantly wrapped himself around her in his sleep. She'd be trapped for a while now, so she was content just to sleep, and try to forget about... well... all this.

The doctor gave Anya a nod and a shrug. "He won't stop breathing again if that's what you're asking, as long as we keep him pumped up with steroids," he told her absentmindedly as he kept working. His apprentice took the clothes from her, and once they managed to get Sage into a somewhat stable position, where he'd stay asleep but not, well, dying as much, the doctor brought him over to the bathroom to clean him off and get him changed. He'd recognized the boy by now...and really, he wanted to help him. He hadn't seen the boy in years, and he had missed him a bit. Well, he wasn't going anywhere any time soon. He brought him back and lay him down once he was clean enough and dressed, and started to try and figure out what else was wrong. Food was a first...he'd have to rube feed the boy,a little at a time. He could manage by himself, but he might have Luther help in the morning...it wasn't comfortable to have a tube shoved down ones throat, and they boy would struggle...and Luther was rather good at holding people still, as large as the boy was.

It was still dark out when she woke up... though, the only reason she'd woken up was because little at had come stroming in complaining he was hungry. "Anya!" Boy complained, a small pout on his little face as he hit her shoulder. "Come make me something," he pleaded as he bounced on the bed. The girl gave a bit of a groan before sitting up with a soft nod. "Alright, alright," the girl groaned before looking towards Luther, who was by now

flat out asleep. How and earth was the boy still asleep? Att was pretty much yelling at her. She took a breath as she opened her eyes and rolled out of bed and wrapped a robe around herself before wandering out the door. "Come on buddy," she sighed as they wandered towards the kitchen. They did pass the doctors... and she did wonder if Sage was awake at all. Or if he could at least hear anything. But if he could, then what would she say? And why on earth did she care all of a sudden? She hadn't even cared if he lived or died at the beginning of the day. She wondered if Att recognised him at all... or if that was why he was he'd stopped to see to him. But no... she supposed she'd see Sage either when he woke up or whenever he was sent out by the doctor. Well, she supposed the man would be happy to see him now. They'd been close, from what she could remember. Att dragged her into the kitchen and pointed to a cake that'd been left out. Anya shook her head and looked at the boy with slightly furrowed brows. "You can't eat cake right now," she sighed before looking at a clock in the corner. "It's six in the morning," she chuckled before going over to a little fruit bowl and picked up and apple before cutting it up and chucking it in a bowl before handing it to the boy. He obviously didn't look too impressed with the apple, but he then thanked the girl before running off towards his room. She had no idea why he was awake so early, but she supposed if the boy was just an early riser that'd be good for him in the future. Just not for her right then.

The doctor had worked on sage for about an hour or so after Anya and Luther had left, and then went to bed himself, hoping the boy would still be alive when he woke up. He was up early, as was usual for the man since he led a rather busy life with a strict schedule. The boy was still breathing when he made his first rounds, though just barely. He was still unconscious, and the doctor sighed before looking at the clock. He'd wait to try and tube feed the boy until Luther woke up, so for the time being, he gathered what tools he might need later. He'd most likely have to open the boy up again... something didn't feel right, and bases off of the way the boy jerked away from his touch, it hurt. It may not be something he could help, but he certainly wanted to try.

Anya watched the door for a few moments after the child had ran away with his little fruit bowl before groaning wearily and falling towards so that she was resting her head on the table. It seemed like a normal start to her day... but she was admittedly still concerned for Sage. Which seemed strange to her... she'd barely ever seen him over the last few years... and now he was laying in the doctors because she couldn't leave him there. She was just meant to sit with him until he passed, but for some reason that couldn't happen. Maybe she should go and visit... but she had things to do... frankly more important things to do then see him over the next few days, or however long he was planning on staying. Would he be upset? He might not have wanted to come back, but she could deal with it later.

Eventually, the doctor had gathered everything he'd need for the boy and sat down to take notes and go over what might all be wrong with the boy. Admittedly, he thought of a lot of things that could have gone wrong, and he sighed and closed the book after a while. He'd taken notes on a lot of things, and it was still early. Maybe he should ask Anya and Luther some questions...where they'd found him and things like that. He could do that when he dragged luther over to help him out. Anya might tag along and he could talk to her at some point.

After a bit of just sitting there with her thoughts, the girl forced herself up before heading back to her room. She didn't really want to be around when the cooks came in, because then it just got loud. Luther was sat up in bed now, nursing what would she could only assume to be a hangover. He put a finger over his mouth to silence the girl before covering his eyes again. She gave a little

smile before perching next to him on the bed. "Good morning," she whispered softly, "do you want to go down to the doctors? Sage is down there, and it might be nice for you to go see him," she hummed lightly. The boy just gave a bit of a groan and a nod. Of course he remembered bringing the boy back, though, he doubted he'd have much to say to the other boy right about now.

The doctor pretty much just sat around until he decided to walk around and check in on some other patients. He stood by Sage's bedside for a moment after that, before shaking his head and walking out again. He sat around in his office for a while until he noticed Luther slip into the ward, and he alerted the boy with a simple grunt. "I need you for something," he stated before marching off to go set up equipment, leaving Luther to follow him. The boy was most definitely hung over, but that was a him problem. The doctor needed his help, and it was his own decision to go get drunk enough that he felt bad the next day. Really, he didn't care one way or the other, Luther was going to help him no matter how much the boy complained. And really, it couldn't take that much work to hold Sage down...the boy was still barely alive, and hadn't woken up yet. Hopefully, he would wake up, though the doctor knew one could only hope. He wasn't sure why the boy had left so suddenly, but if someone wanted to tell him he'd listen, though if it was a secret then that was fine with him, too. He started bringing out long coils of tubes and wires, as well as some clamps and other small (and rather crude looking) things so he could try to get some actual food down Sage's throat. He pointed to the smaller boy once Luther came into the little area and grunted out a "hold him still" before bringing the equipment over to the bed.
