Iridessa smiled as she found soft, comfortable gowns of various color and style, some more like what would be found in the Day Court, and others more privy to the Night Court. She selected one that was a soft, deep blue and changed into it, more than happy to be in something more comfortable than that morning. She responded accordingly when Kael informed her about dinner, and she ensured first that she would be ready before continuing her curious explanation of her new room. And when the hour past and she heard Kael again, she went to the door and opened it, offering him a smile as she nodded. "I would like that very much, thank you," she told him, her heart doing that familiar flutter as she laid eyes upon him again. Gods, could she really be so lucky?

Kael couldn't take his eyes off her as he led her downstairs to his dining hall. Multiple council members tried to stop and talk to Iridessa but Kael sternly told them off. He helped her to the placing beside his and pulled out her chair for her. The various cooks brought in the meal, placing it on the table. "What would you like first, darling?"
