Dylan was in the big outdoor arena, on his horse, Robyn, practicing his jumping courses. He cantered the gelding around the arena, warming him up before starting with some two-foot verticals and working his way up to 4 footers. |

"Lilith, please go ask Dylan if he's going on the meadow ride." The barn instructor, Mr. Matthews, asked. "Of course. Dylan is the one outside, right?" She responded. "Yes." Mr. Matthews answered. Lilith walked outside, and went to the fence. "Um, Dylan, Mr. Matthews wants to know if you're going on our trail ride." Lilith stated. |

Dylan finished his course and then walked over to the girl, whom he didn't know the name of. He stopped his horse next to the fence so he could talk to her. "Uh, when's that again?" he asked. |

"Um, I think it's in an hour, maybe sooner?" She responded, sheepishly. "I have to double check, but I think it's in forty minutes, to an hour from now." |

Dylan thought for a moment, checking Robyns breathing and sweat to see how worn out he was, along with looking over the jumps again to remember what he had left to do. "Uh... yeah, sure I'll go," he replied with a smile. |

"Mkay, I will let Mr. Matthews--" She started. "I hate to interrupt, but we're down a horse. Mikaela's horse, Josephine, shattered her femur." Mr. Matthews interrupted. "I told Mikaela not to ride Josephine for that reason. All she does is push that poor mare, and she barely takes care of her." Lilith scoffed. "Did Mikaela go with her, at least?" "No." He responded. "Typical Mikaela." Lilith muttered. |

Dylan fell silent as they began talking. He would offer for Mikaela to ride one of his horses, but A, Dylan only had one horse, Robyn, currently and B, he wasn't sure he trusted Mikaela with his horse. |

"Lilith--" Mr. Matthews began. "No, not happening. I pay to board my horses here, not for them to have constant vet trips. I let her ride my Friesian stallion, to be nice, and she had him shatter his leg, because she kept pushing him, and pushing him. It cost me ten grand just for everything total. So, unless she pays me, for everything, she's not touching my horses." Lilith stated. |

Dylan took note of the girls name. He nodded in agreement with her. "Yeah, I wouldn't let that girl ride my horses regardless of if she paid the vet bills or not," Dylan agreed with Lilith. . ( Tysm, u just made my day <3 ) |

"I told Mikaela to not use whips, crops, spurs, nothing harmful on my horses. Well, she used spurs on my Friesian, then used a whip." She added. "So pardon me if I'm distrustful of her." (Aw, you're welcome! You're my friend, so you deserve an item every so often.) |
