"I'm Rose. You played a good game tonight. Just wondering if you're free tomorrow after practice? I'm on varsity volleyball, so we have a game tomorrow, State semi-finals, and I wanted to see if you wanted to hang out afterwards?" She asked, smiling warmly up at him, "If not, that's fine."

"Yeah im free.Where do you want to meet at?" He questions.

"Here in the parking lot. I can drive us to DQ or something? Get blizzards?" She suggested

"Good idea." He grabs his car keys. "Later,Rose." He says as he walks off and starts his c8 Corvette.A shiny deep blue with royal blue details and a black interior.He drove off,his car engine loud and revving.

Rose smiled to herself and drove home. She sighed and collapsed on her bed, quickly falling asleep. Her dreams evaded her again, none at all.

"Why's my gas light on?" Caden had filld his gas up full before the game,how could he be out of gas?

The next morning, Rose woke up and quickly got dressed. I can't wait to see Caden after the game. She got dressed in black leggings and a sweatshirt. The day passed in a breeze of notes and hateful teachers and people. She sighed as she went to the locker room, getting dressed for the game. On the court, she high-five the team and cheered in anticipation of the game. Lots of hits and scoring points later, Rose high-fived her team for the last time this game. "Woo! State here we come!" She yelled, laughing. The team adored her and were sad she was a senior, leaving them after this season. She went and got dressed, walked out of the locker room, and spotted Caden.

Caden was wearing casual clothes, White tank-top,army pants,his dads dogtags,and jordans.He looked up and saw Rosa.Caden flashed her a smile before approaching her. "Hey,good game.You did good out there." He said with a nice tone.

"Thanks." She brushed his hand again, hoping it was silently obvious. "You want to drive, don't you?" She asked with a smile. They walked to the parking lot side by side

"Sure." As he led her to his Corvette,he wondered why she had brushed his hand with hers.Until it dawned on him, 'She like you,' Is what Trevor had told him.Now he relized,he was being truthful.
