Chris walked back to his parents feeling somewhat pleased with himself. He grinned and re-joined his parents by the door. “Well, I hope you and the young princess had an enjoyable walk” Chris’s dad said roughly. Chris ignored his statement and instead went about talking of the wedding, anything to keep them away from talking about ‘her’. He just couldn’t bear it, the look on her face, it hurt. He sighed and retreated into the palace, hoping she hadn’t run away quite yet. He wanted to get to know her a little.

Annika kept her back to everyone until a soft voice stopped her. "Annika. Are you alright?" She turned around to greet her Father. "Oh... I guess so. It's all just so sudden" she murmured. The Kings wrapped his arms around her and she fought to hold back the tears. "Come now, Ann. Let's get you settled for the next few days." He reassured her then held out his arm for her. The two walked through the halls until the room she would be staying in was within reach. "Thank you Father" she said then curtsied. Her Father smiled a little. "Will I be able to see Penton again if I do marry the Prince?" She asked. "Yes darling. You will see your brother and your Mother after you marry him" he turned and went back down the hall. Annika's eyes were wide as she turned and went into her room. She collapsed at the door. +he said when instead of if... that means I have no choice+ tears streamed down her cheeks as she picked herself up and dragged her feet to the bed.

Chris layed down on his bed, bored. "Nothing to do, nothing to do" he paused and heard the barn horses starting to whine, "That's it! Time for a ride" He picked himself up from his bed and glided down the golden staircase, he paused at Annika's room for a second deciding whether or not to invite her, "I mean she wouldn't want to hangout with me and ruin her dress" he opened the front door and slowly made his way over to the stable's. He picked out a horse, tacked the horse up, and rode off. He wasn't too far when he stopped at a nearby lake and sat down. "Well this will be the last time Ima ever have time alone... " he paused and breathed in the scent of forest. She was pretty, she seemed to be somewhat kind, but something seemed to be stopping her from being herself and Chris could only guess it was him that was stopping her. Marriage was a dangerous thing especially for someone not ready for it.. Chris almost began to feel sorry for Annika but decided to instead focus on the crystal clear water. This is my side account by the way. Ima be hopping around so I'll warn you each time lol) - Annika could hear footsteps out in the hall but she ignored them. She pulled herself off of her bed when she heard the sound of hooves. "Horses?" She asked. She caught a glimpse of someone riding into the forest and she shrunk down to her knees. "What do I do!" The tears surfaced again, but she didn't know how to get them to stop. Her Mother would know. Her Mother knew everything. The words her Father said did not reassure her any... if anything it made the situation worse.

Haha, i was so confused for a second xD) +++ Chris got up and dusted off his pants, it was getting late and his parents would want him back in time for dinner. He untied the tired horse and rode off towards the castle being careful to stay in the shadows. He stopped at the barn and brushed the horse down before releasing in into its stall. He fixed his hair and ventured towards the door and into the castle, "Chris where have you been?! Dinner is ready, please go get Annika" Chris sighed and took of his coat. He walked towards Annika's room and knocked softly, "Annika, dinner is served" he paused for a moment but looked away.

Here's another one haha. I may just do one on every one of my accounts lol) - Annika had gotten herself presentable when a knock startled her. She opened the door and looked at the Prince. she had changed her dress to one made from a beautiful sea green fabric that matched her eyes. Her hair was pulled over her shoulder in a braid and a small, smooth tiara was placed neatly on her head. "Thank you" she said then pushed past him, heading the way her and her Father had cime before. She stopped where three halls joined. "Ok. I'm lost. Which way do I go?" She asked, turning for a brief second she she could see him. "I still don't know your name, by the way" she looked straight ahead again.

HAHA!) +++ Chris watched her turn the wrong way and laughed, "Follow me" He guided her toward a large dining room with food set out. He paused and finally answered, "I'm Chris" he smiled and stretched out his hand not expecting her to take it.

Next one! I have one more after this and then I'll be back in my main lol) - Annika grimaced when he laughed at her. "How kind. Laugh at someone who is lost in your gigantic house. You won't catch me giving you directions in my home. I'll just laugh and let you lose yourself" she grinned at her own words then shook his hand. "Hello, Prince Chris. I am Annika" she gave him a look that said *don't mess with me in a nice way* then she took her seat beside her Father. He looked at her but her expression was unreadable as she picked at her food.

xD) + Chris stood with his mouth wide open, "Boy she's sassy" he said to himself, "I know your name already" he smiled cheekily and sat down. Her expression was disturbing but Chris could cope with it. He picked at a pea that was annoying him and tossed it towards Annika reaching her dress, he smiled and looked towards his parents making sure they hadn't noticed, they hadn't.

Annika was quietly eating her food when a pea fell in her lap. She immediately knew the culprit and she glanced at the adults before tossing it back at him. She felt a smile try to cross her lips but she forced it away. Food fighting made her think of Penton and she knew she had to stop. She folded her napkin. "I have to go... please excuse me" she stood, giving a quick curtsy before hurrying out the door, her strides long even at a walk.
