Kennedy followed Caden up to officers, she was already scanning the scene as she listened to what had happened. Her attention went back to Caden as he handed her gloves which she took and put on "Got it" She said before walking off to the front of the alleyway to get the full picture of it. Kennedy pondered what could have possibly gotten the woman to head down this way since there were no lights anywhere to be seen. She scanned the alleyway before it hit her that maybe the actual attack never accured here so she turned and set off towards the direction of a nearby bar scanning the sidewalk. After a few moments she spotted a few droplets of red on the ground in a small hidden area of the sidewalk, she followed it and immediately found a small hand purse along with more blood. Kennedy smiled slightly before turning back around and heading to the original alleyway "Caden I found something" She called out to him

Caden scanned the person looking for trauma or guns shot since the people took her out to put her into a bag before taking her away. Caden looks up and over to Kennedy before getting up and walking over to her and said " what did you found " as he didn't think that the murder could have happened somewhere else, Caden looks around before looking back at the scene it looked the same way as his mother and he wonders if he was getting to close to find his mother killer before she got killed

Kennedy motioned for Caden to follow her as she talked "I found a small hand purse a few feet down the sidewalk. It was tucked away in a small hidden area." She stated while grabbing a officer with a camera and dragging her over as well. "Not sure if it's the womens yet but I figured that the inital attack couldn't have happened there. The alleyway was too open along with the fact of there not being any lights, there no way any lady would walk in there." Kennedy explained her reasonings as they got up to the area, the officer took a few photos which she nodded a thanks before picking up the small purse. Opening it up there were credit cards, cash, anything but an id "You have got to be kidding me" She grumbled with a disappointed look

Caden saw what she saw and said " i agree no woman would walk in to a dark alley way it would be unsafe for her " before looking around and said " see if you can get some finger prints " he told one of the cops that followed them as well before caden heard her again and said " maybe he took it to get into her bank account I think all you need is a ID to get in" ad he sighed and looks around before saying " good job on finding this you will do great in NYPD "

Kennedy handed the small purse off to the officer who took it and put it in a paper bag as she walked off. She scanned the ground a bit more trying to see if she could find anything else as Caden spoke "Probably... With the cards we can find out what bank she goes with and see if there has been any transactions recently." Kennedy said before giving up as there was nothing else that was valuable evidence. "Thank you..." She said quietly with a small smile but really she was beaming on the inside. -That's the best thing anyone could of said to me- She thought to herself

Caden nods before saying " wait her name is on the cards so we can easily id her by her name easily " as he smiles and then looks around before saying " let's get back and write down some stuff and try to see if she has any family, kids or even a husband or boyfriend " as he walks away back to where he was in the alley way he really didn't like doing a case like this but he had to even if it remained him of his mother death

Kennedy kind of threw her hands up "I forgot about that... We can check them when they get finish looking for fingerprints" She said while scanning the buildings around seeing that several of them some security cameras on them "Okay, hopefully somebody will know what she was doing down here..." Kennedy said while turning around and walking beside Caden "I'd also like to pull video from the cameras in nearby buildings. At least one of those cameras had to have caught something" She spoke what was on her mind before veering off to an officer requesting that for them to go around and pull some videos

Caden nods and said " good idea but you need a warrant for that so hold you horses if you try to tell them give over with out one is against the law " as he knew he had two red flags already one was going in to danger with out back up and the second one was yelling at a guy in a restaurant Caden didn't want her to have a red flag right away and she was new in the town. Caden sighed and said " we might be able to ask some people if they seen anything " before he heard a couple cops and a guy yelling before caden said " sir calm down what your name " the guy said " that my wife let me go " Caden said " not right now sir you don't want to see her like this " the guy looks away and said " you going to figure out who did this " Caden said " don't worry sir we will figure this out "

Kennedy sighed hearing Caden "Scratch that.." She told the officer before walking back over to him "Okay then we will wait for a warrant..." Kennedy somewhat mumbled, she wasn't really the patient type to sit back and wait for what was right but she didn't want to already be going through trouble on the first day. She was about to say something when she cut herself off hearing yelling, her attention snapped over to it seeing a man yelling at other officers. Kennedy waited for Caden to finish speaking before she asked her questions "Sir do you have any idea why she would be down her at night?" She asked with a calm even tone

The guy said " she was going to pick up her daughter from a friend house who lives use down that alleyway I should have go with but we had a baby that I didn't want to take with " before he sighed and said " I should have gone and she should have stay home she wouldn't have ended up dead " Caden sighed and said " is there another way to get to the friend house with out going down the alleyway " the guy said " yes but a longer way " than caden ask " I need you name and number so that way if you have anymore information you can call us " the guy give his number and his name Billy Miller before Billy said " she deserves justice and her family deserves the closer that the killer was catch"
