"A- what?" she asked. For this mare had never been in the wild and only knew stable life. Her face showed suspicion. 'Hmm, could she be an evil horse trying to get me to leave my safe life?' she wondered.

"Look I dont have time for a fight nor would I live if I did get in one I havent been eating well for moths because of them I have no reason to hurt you." Flicka said to her

|
|
|
"Why would I fight you?" she questioned. This mare had no understanding of the wild, and so she didn't understand the rule of the wild. "Wait, who brought you here again? I know Tim wouldn't underfeed a horse, he overfeeds. Johnny gives them too many apples to be underfed, and Michael feeds just the right amount.

"I ran here I didnt know it belonged to you guys." Flicka said ready to leave

"You call what they done pardise?" Flicka asked she was so confused "It probly was years ago but its not now." She then said to the other horse

"From what Rolo says about it, it is more than paradise. But, I believe Rolo more than you! He just got caught you know, he's only 2!" she explained. She rolled her eyes and muttered something about, 'lies' under her breath.

Flicka heard other horses come from behind her when she looked she took off running "RUN!" Is all she could say as she darted off

"Rolo!" she called to the horse, but she was soon mistaken. This wasn't the buttermilk coloured horse Rolo, this was a small band of wild stallions, looking for a mare. She tried to run when she realized, but it was too late. She was the perfect prey for them. Another evil band wanting to have a mare 'prisoner' themselves. "Perfect." the leader said calmly when they all had Val surrounded. Slowly they walked closer in providing no escape. The other horse was so far away though that, she couldn't see or hear what was happening. Only believe what she wanted to believe.

Just then the small group of stallions seen fire they was scared of fire but it srounded them "Sir there is another horse here." the one staillion said to his leader "Your right there is now let the mare go." The other horse said to them
