Tyler listened to what she asked, looking a little surprised at her request. He covered the surprise up quickly, nodding. "Yes, I can teach you to ride if you want." Tyler answered at the same time as his mind went -Oh boy, I wonder how this'll go- He shook that thought off and glanced at West. "Do you have a horse you want to ride?" Tyler asked slowly

Her eyes widened in surprise, as Tyler agreed. Covering her surprise, she composed herself. "Well, the first step will be to go to the market. We can by a horse, tack, and other things there." Looking around, she got up, and they started walking to the front doors of the castle.

Tyler stood there for a moment. Thinking about what she said. Ivie... was just going to... buy a horse? And tack? Right now? If Tyler wanted a new horse he would have to breed one of his mares, raise the foal, train it, and then finally start riding it... just to get bucked off a couple times. He had no where near enough money to just saunter over to the market and buy a horse. Tyler arched an eyebrow for a moment, following Ivie slowly

As they approached the door, Ivie opened it for Tyler. "After you, Sir." She said, in a polite voice. The two walked into the stables again, and stepped into a ready made personal taxi cart. Then the driver walked the horses on, and they made their way down the drive, towards the town. "Do you know of any good breeders?" Ivie asked Tyler.

Tyler resisted taunting Ivie in some way. Hey, she was trying to be nice... he just wasn't used to all this ... stuff. Tyler felt uncomfortable sitting there, but he kept quiet. When Ivie asked her question one breeder came to mind. -Me- he thought, shaking his head slowly. "Yes... I have a couple in mind. Aaron Dutton breeds good horses... Jack Perulta breeds nice ones... and myself." Tyler answered slowly. -I gave Aaron his first mare, one I bred. I gave Jack his first mare... one I bred. I breed all my mares... goodness, in my opinion it looks like I'm the only good breeder in town. Then again, Ivie may be looking for something different in the horses tempermant- Tyler thought. "A couple questions. Would you prefer a younger or older horse? Perfectly trained or a little rough? Mare or stallion? Calm or a little feisty?" Tyler asked. He needed a good idea of what Ivie actually wanted.

"You breed horses? How interesting..." Ivie was a little surprised, it wasn't often that Knights took up pheasant work. "And maybe a stallion, but definitely trained. I don't think I'm up for that yet." Laughing, they arrived at the town gates, and they could already see the market brewing in the town square. Getting out of the cart, they walked into the town, trying to remain inconspicuous.

Tyler observed Ivie. She looked... surprised. Why? Ohhh, yes. He was a knight... that bred horses. Peasant work. Of course she would look down on that. "Sounds good." Tyler answered, standing and striding into the town. He knew where to go, so he went straight to his stable that he shared with Aaron. Tyler scanned the horses, dropping his gaze on a dappled buckskin stallion. "Look at this one." Tyler walked up to the stallion. He didn't tell Ivie this was one he bred... but that didn't matter. This was a good, steady stallion that was already perfectly trained... by himself.

As they approached the buckskin, Ivie had a quick look around at the other horses. Two others, apart from the buckskin, caught her eye, a chestnut, and a darkish bay. "Wow, yeah. He's preettttyyy!" Ivie looked around, and saw a sign hanging on the wall. It read, A&T, and Ivie took this to mean it was his own stable. "Did you breed this one?" She asked with interest.

Tyler watched her expression. -Hmm, color is just a pinch of something I add in, it's the tempermant that counts- He thought. Tyler came back to earth as Ivie asked a question. "This particular one I bred and trained myself." He answered. "That chestnur over there I also bred and trained myself... but the bay Aaron bred and trained, yet he was from one of my mares." Tyler looked around the stable. "If we walk over here there are more of Aaron's horses." He finally said, gesturing over to the left side of the barn.

"Can we go look at Aaron's horses? I don't mean to offend, I just want to see all the possibilities. But I do like the bay..." Ivies eyes drifted over to the rest of the stable, where there were some more horses, including a stunningly black mare.
