Tyler rolled his eyes. It wasn't like she could 'stop' him from following her. He walked after her silently, glancing around with his dark eyes. Then he looked down at the dagger he was still flipping and spinning. "The dagger is needed, and you never know. I've been a body guard to two other princesses before... and one of them had attempted murder almost happen two times." Tyler muttered, though knowing he could not disobey a direct order. His job: to protect her... and listen to direct orders from her. So he put the dagger away, letting his jacket hang loosely on his shoulders, yet still cover his belt of daggers. He followed Sierra to the dining hall, standing just inside the door with his arms crossed, leaning up against the wall.

Sierra sighed, The table was quite large for two people- well three counting Tyler if he was going to eat, The table was originally designed for large gathers with over 20 seats- Yet her father just bought it because it was expensive, Nothing more. She seated herself and flagged down the Waitress who provided her with today's food. Of course, The food was luxurious, Sometimes she questioned her father's knowledge on spending his money wisely, Oh well... That wasn't something he had to worry about as the king. "Hello, Father." She greeted him sternly, Silently praying he doesn't throw a bunch of negative comments.

Tyler stood right inside the door, staring st the food. He had no idea whatsoever what half those foods were even called... back in Texas you ate Beef, Pork, Chicken... and ... Pork. No more. He shook his head, dumbfounded as to why they thought they needed extravagant exquisite food. He took out his dagger again, keeping it out of sight from the king and princess. Tyler concentrated on looking around, observing his surroundings, and trying to ignore the two royals conversation. Edited at April 9, 2023 11:32 PM by Wild Warmbloods

"You need to go outside more often, You clearly rely on your maids way too much, You know one day I won't be here and you'll have to fend for yourself in running the kingdom," The king said, His eyes only focused on his food. "Well, who's fault is that huh Dad? Who doesn't allow me to stay outside for more than 2 hours?" Sierra said back, Although she was becoming quite defensive she wanted to cry right there in then. "You don't use the 2 hours anyways! Sierra, I swear you are so selfish sometimes I question if you're even my child. Your mother certainly isn't selfish," The king raised his voice a bit before sighing and shaking his head, "How are you ever going to be a proper queen..." Sierra was getting even more upset now, Yet she proceeded calmly to call over the waitress and thank her for the food she had half eaten.

Tyler couldn't he,p but hear the heated conversation. Tyler winced, feeling bad for Sierra but also feeling bad because he knew she would Be in a horrible mood.. and he wouldn't be able to leave her alone for it. He waited for her to get up and leave, putting away the dagger quickly and observing the king in the Time he had.

"Im dismissing myself," She said quietly, That seemed to make her father even angrier as she stood up from the table. "Sierra Halloway sit back down! Dinner is over and I have not dismissed you!" She simply ignored him, Sierra walked out of the dining hall and slowly back to her room, She was just waiting for somewhere alone to cry her eyes out- And then get snappy And then get emotional again - but then finally back to normal, She really hated her father, And often wished her Mother would take a break from her work and talk to her.. Sierra decided that this day, would be the day she snuck out into town and was finally normal- Perhaps make friends? She did love being royalty but.. it did have its cons.

Tyler didn't even bother looking at the king, he just followed Sierra quietly, standing outside her room. He was very happy her room was high up in the air, so she couldn't jump out the window. The only way out was through this door... which meant he was going to know where she was. Tyler cocked his head slightly, wondering if she was the type To sit in her room.. or if she was the type to get out of the castle. He didn't have to ponder that for long.. considering if you were going to guard someone you had to know them.. so he knew she would try to get out of the castle. He would follow and he was sure she'd either get mad at him or try to lose him.. just to make his life more difficult. He dropped his shoulders slightly, the future looking dark... and grim.

After about 5 minutes of crying into her pillow, She finally got up and put on a hoodie and some sweatpants, Which wasn't normal for her... But Tyler sure didn't know that, If she wore this she probably would blend right in with the townsfolk. She ran the plan through her head over and over, Sierra had no way of sneaking out through her window- Because of her room... Was the highest room in the castle, Which was oddly suspicious. Sierra took a deep breath and stepped outside of her room to face Tyler, "I'm going to the garden come on." Her voice was stern, The Garden was a far way from her room which gave her plenty of time to make sure the plan went smoothly

Tyler watched her walk out. He raised his eyebrows, following her. Something in Sierra's voice sounded weird... and she was obviously dressed wrong. He knew something was going on.. just not what yet. Sierra might think he was an idiot.. but Tyler was really quite cunning. For a redneck. He followed her warily, watching her every move as they walked towards the garden
