He chuckled some in amusement as the human scrambled away from him. "You're stuck here now buddy," he says notcing the human's eyes dart around, "there is no easy way out of here." He crossed his arms again and smirked some as he looked at the human. "Anyway what's your name," he asked, quickly growing bored of the man, "you probably already know that I am Prince Christopher Varney."

"Oh, pardon me," Louis said politely. "My name is Louis, but you can call me Lou. You are right, I do know of you, your name is feared in my community." He explained. "Anyways... what do you want of me?" Louis asked. Noticing the prince's short shirt, and his well-built muscles underneath, Lou wondered what destruction he would be capable of.

Chris thought for a moment before saying, "Well I'm not completely sure what I want of you right now. You were technically gifted to me by my father and I have the freedom to do whatever I wish with you." As he says this, Chris goes over and grabs a pair of sweat pants and a t-shirt from his closet. He then tossed them at Louis and said, "To start change into those. They will look much better on you than those rags." Edited at February 19, 2023 11:28 PM by Paranormal Pastures

Catching the clothes, he took his shirt off and replaced it with the plain black t-shirt the prince had passed to him. Then, ducking behind a couch, he replaced his pants. They were a bit baggy, but they would do. He stood up and thanked the prince. Well, I don't really know what I should be doing either, to be honest. I'm not sure what the King had in mind, sending me here.

He waited for Louis to change before sitting down on the sofa, folding one leg over the other. "My father was probably thinking that I was going to give you some big lecture or something since I am the heir to the throne," as Chris says this he rolls his eyes and sighs, "he expects so much of me since I am taking over a few years from now."

Louis chuckled. "Am I supposed to know that? I don't think it's been announced." He asked, sitting down on the sofa next to Chris, feeling oddly relaxed. "My dad never really expected too much of me..." Louis' voice trailed off, and he sunk further into the couch. "I was never my mam's favourite though. Always preferred my wee sister...."

He nodded some and looked over at Louis as he sat down beside him. He found it strange that Louis was sitting beside him now, but didn't mind it. "Must be nice to have parents that don't expect a lot from you," he says as leans back into the sofa more. "My parents don't really have favorites," he says, "my mom might favor one of us every now and again I suppose. My father on the other hand just wants us to be ready to take over the throne."

"It must be hard, having to prepare. I guess you have so many more responsibilities than the rest of us normal folk." Louis pondered. Maybe Chris wasn't as... I guess stuck up, as he seemed. Louis got up again, stretching his legs. He didn't enjoy staying still for long.

He nodded and sighed, leaning his head up to look at the ceiling. "No kidding," he says, "I still have all of those papers to finish by tonight." He pointed behind him towards his desk where a pile of empty papers waited for him to fill out. "Of course those are example papers, but they are still a pain," he said.

"Do you need some help? I doubt i could do much, but maybe I could be of assistance?" Louis asked. The two of them walked over too the table, and Louis picked up a sheet of paper. It was an outline of trade routes, nothing too intriguing. "What do you have to do here?" He asked.
