Jacob nods and said " see you later " he kicks flame to turn around and kicks flame to a trot back out of her driveway and back onto the road, Jacob sings as he trots away flame happy to listen to it but get wet was much fun since he had cows to put away

Dakota couldn't stop thinking about Jacob. She really liked him, but didn't think he liked her back. She dicided to just change the subject. After she broke her collarbone, Dakota hadn't competed in any eventing shows. She never told anyone, but she broke it while competing in the Olympic Trials. She was an amazing jumper! Dakota had one last chance to make it again. She was going to a national competition to warm up for trials. But then she started thinking about Jacob again. She has never had a boyfriend, but always wished it was Jacob. She never, ever, thought he would ask her. She sat down on her couch and turned on the tv. She had to stop thinking about him. The tv was on for 10 minutes before she drifted asleep.

jacob got the cows in and he got inside, he was wet down to his boots, jacob took off his shoes and walks towards the bathroom he started to think about Dakota, her eyes and that vioice eco throught his mind he like her but did she or not one day he would ask and what would she say, jacob took a shower and sat on the couch watching tv before falling to sleep, he lives with no one but once in a while his brother comes and see him

Dakota awoke to Athena neighing loudly. She got her stuff on and got Athena. They rode past Jacob's house again. Athena must really like Falme. The trotted along and Dakota had worries about the competition. It was only 3 day away. It went by so quickly! Dakota thought she heard Jacob's door open and she stopped, waiting...

Jacob brother Joseph walks out on to the porch and stretches he was taller and kinda cute but not as much, Joseph yelled " the cow pasture is broken" Jacob runs out and said " oh no" as he runs to the pasture and towards the little barn that sat in the middle only like 25 cows was still there, Jacob said " shit 75 of my cows are gone" Joseph said " I told you they were going to get out by the storm" Jacob rolls his eyes as he walks away

Dakota heard them and ran off. She galloped away. Then she came across a cow. She's done some roping in her past, but not in a while. She grabbed her lasso that was attached to Athena's saddle, and swung it above her head and realeased it. It clung to the cow's head and Dakota pulled it back to Jacob. "Jacob! I got one of your cows!" Dakota yelled.

Jacob looks up and smiles then said " thank you Dakota " as he walks over to the cow and wraps one of his arm around the cows neck and took her lasso off, then walks it to the pasture letting it go, Jacob looks around and then grabs a post and puts it on it side and in the middle of the broken fence, Joseph looks at the girl and smiles then looks at Jacob and shakes his head Laughing

Who was this new boy. It must be Jacob's brother. Dakota looked at Jacob in sadness. She knew he had a different life than her's. Although Dakota wished he were in it, she knew he didn't like her. She slowly trotted away on Athena and left for home. She felt tears falling down her face. She hoped Jacob didn't see. Then she turned the corner. She slid off Athena, let her lose in a pasture, and ran inside sobbing. The presure was just too much.
