Kayla wanted to suggest bed but thought better of it |

It was finally hitting noon, and he finally spoke. "Do you want to go eat real quick?" |

"Up to you" She said quietly |

"Alright, i'll go grab us something." He informed, standing and heading back inside. |

Kayla nodded and stayed where she was as a man sauntered up to her. "Hey, there....What's your name." He drawled, clearly half-drunk. Kayla hesitated |

Gale came out when the man approached her, grabbing him by his collar and dragging him away before coming back and handing Kayla her food. |

Kayla looked startled and flinched as the man's hand tried to grab Kayla as he was dragged off. She looked at Gale when he came back, a small and thankful smile on her lips. "Thank you." She said quietly, then diverting her eyes down |

Gale nodded, in response, sitting and starting to eat. |

Kayla ate quickly and waited- again for the next 'command' her mind told her was coming. Or the next hit. |

Gale finished and set his plate aside, putting his arm around her once more. |
