Anya watched Luther leave and gave a bit of a wave before looking at Sage with a slightly cocked head as she thought over what he'd, but soon realised what he was insinuating and gasped in a type of offended way, scowling at the boy playfully. "I cannot believe you just said that!" The girl squeaked with a chuckle. "I suppose I'll just stuff my face and you don't come near me... that way there's no squishing involved," she threatened with a jokey giggle. It was a silly little coo, really, and of course it would never really happen... she never normally ate very much, but she supposed being ill would drain you, and you needed food to get you back up again. "I'm hungry," she finished with a light chuckle. Edited at December 15, 2022 01:15 PM by Belle

Sage cackled at the girl's reaction, absolutely delighted at the fact that it took her so long to realize what he'd said. He gasped and put his hand to his heart in mock offense at her next comment, though he couldn't keep the dumb grin off his face. "What, you don't want my warmth anymore," he gasped dramatically. "Oh, woe is me. I guess I'll have to dress Att up in a wig and dress and cuddle with him only from now on," he joked. Then he chuckled and shrugged. "You're sick, so I suppose that's a good thing. Just don't overdo it." There would always be a part of him that worried about the girl...even if he was sick or dying or whatever, he'd always wonder about her, and hope she was alright. It seemed odd, like the girl should be the one worrying about him, and of course she did, but not like he worried about...well, everything.

Anya pouted at the boy before crossing her arms. "I can live without your warmth if it must be that way," she sighed dramatically before a look of pure horror crossed her face. "No! Don't dress the poor baby up," she pleased with a small chuckle. "You can cuddle me if you really have to," she hummed, rolling her eyes ever so slightly before flopping back on the bed. She beckoned him over after a moment and gave a big grin. "At least I'm eating something... it's impossible to food down you when you're ill," she reminded him lightly. It was true enough, but she knew he was just worried about her overdoing it and making herself feel a different kind of ill... but she'd be fine, and she knew that... she just wishes he wouldn't worry as much.

Sage huffed out a breath and stuck his tongue out at the grill before giggling again at the look that crossed the girl's face at the thought of Att in a dress. Sage rolled his eyes at her next comment, getting up to walk over like she'd beckoned for him to do. "It's almost impossible to do that when I'm not sick," he chuckled. Then he gave the girl a sheepish grin from where he was now kind of just standing next to her. He ended up sitting down on the end of the bed, near the girls side, not in any sort of intimate or cuddly way, really, since Luther would be back...he was just sitting there.

Anya hummed in agreement st his little comment, though she still found it concerning when the boy refused to eat.. especially when he was in one of his worse states. "Believe me, I know that," she chuckled softly before shaking her head. "I have to get you tired out before you eat," she complained slightly before looking him up and down with furrowed brows. "Don't just sit there, give me a cuddle while I can't crush you," She squeaked playfully. She knew he would be reluctant, because Luther would be back sooner or later, but the boy was probably making a whole other tray up for the girl... she'd only asked for a bowl, but Luther seemed to like taking it that one step further.

Sage chuckled and shook his head, amused by the girl's complaint, though he knew she was right. He looked back at the door before sighing and flopping down next to the girl with a huff of air. Luther was taking a while, and he could scoot over when he saw the door start to open...they'd probably be fine. It was risky, but in all honesty he'd wanted to cuddle anyway. "You only have a few minutes," he told the girl with a chuckle.

Anya gave the boy a bit of a grin when he flopped down next to her before rolling over to wrap a light arm around his side and pressed a light kiss to his jaw. She knew they had to be careful not to get him sick... but he'd already spent the night with her, and if he was going to get sick then he'd already be so. "A few minutes is good enough," she hummed lightly before grinning up at him. "We need to get used to little hugs so I don't crush you anyways," she teased lightly before poking his sides in a tickling fashion.

Sage chuckled and grinned over at the girl only to squeal and wriggled around when she poked him. "Hey! Unfair," he whined. "No tickling when you're holding me down," he protested, even though he was laughing as he said it. He really didn't mind, though, and the girl knew that. He tried to be quiet though...he wasn't sure who might be walking past and hear them, or when Luther would be back.

Anya giggled at his little squeal, though didn't stop the little tickles, instead she just moved them to his stomach and shifted slightly so that she was sat up on her knees. "But you're so cute when you're like this!" She retorted with a little laugh. In truth, she was only really messing around with him because she liked the sound of his laugh... it wasn't so serious... more genuine, not forced like the ones up in the castle, and it was definitely refreshing to hear.

Sage huffed out a breath and pouted up at the girl, crossing his arms while still blocking Anya as best he could. Well, not really...it was more like only acting like he had to stop her even if he really liked the attention. It sounded so cheesy....that he was the one oining for the girls attention. Her touch. In any way he could. But she didn't need to know that. "I'm not cute," he whined. "Not even close!"
