Adrien stayed awake, peacefully listening to Sage's breathing, cars outside, and the quiet hum of the AC. He was quite content under the warm blankets, cuddled up with Sage. He didn't fall back asleep, but he held Sage as he fell to sleep.

Sage slept for another hour or hour and a half or so. Regeneration took a lot of energy, so he was really tired. He stirred sleepily soon enough though, humming in a good morning sort of way before settling back down in Adrien's arms, definitely still half asleep.

Adrien pulled Sage closer, humming lightly in response. He was pretty awake by now, so he kissed Sage's neck lightly. In a "Good morning and wakey wakey." Type way.

Sage sort of groaned but also chuckled in response to Adrien's peck. He sort of just curled in closer to the other boy, definitely not fully awake and not entirely wanting to get up or move from his arms yet.

Adrien kept kissing Sage's neck lightly, moving to different spots and over his tattoo. Adrien mumbled good mornings to him every once in a while. Talking sweetly to him and holding him close when the other boy snuggled closer to him.

Sage sort of chuckled sleepily when Adrien kept kissing him. "Adri," he groaned, wriggling around slightly but honestly quite enjoying it all. "you keep doing that you're gonna make me want more than just some peck," he joked lightly.

Adrien chuckled lightly. "Sorry love." He muttered, even after saying so he didn't stop lightly kissing his neck. Continuing to say it time to wake up, pulling Sage closer to him as well.

Sage sort of just hummed and turned to wrap his arms around Adrien. Well, it was more like flopping onto the other boy, but whatever. "What time is it," he groaned after a minute.

"No idea." He muttered, yawning slightly. He rolled over, looking at the clock then curling back into Sage. "10:21." He mumbled, kissing Sage's tattoo once more.

Sage sort of groaned but it was sort of time to start getting up so he stretched and rubbed his eyes in an attempt to wake up a little bit.
