Anya gave a soft sigh when she felt Sages cool hand on her forehead, though she did wake up ever so slightly as he did that. It was safe to say she didn't feel amazing in herself. She wasn't exactly sure why she was so weary, but maybe the fresh air had gotten to her a bit, or maybe she was coming down with something. Her head moved ever so slightly as her eyes flickered open and glanced towards Sage... she wasn't exactly sure what he was doing here, or why he didn't have Att with him, but she wasn't going to question it, "Hey," she whispered softly, her voice still heavy with sleep as she turned her head back into her pillow.

Sage glanced over at the girl when she stirred, smiling over at her and going over to crouch down by her bed. "Hey," he whispered back. "You feel alright?" Really, the girl had felt a little warm, but it could just be him worrying at this point. But, all she had to do was nod yes or no, and if it was a no, she felt bad, then he could let the doctor know and hopefully she'd be alright soon. It was cold out, but not that cold, and they hadn't been out long...it couldn't have been from that. He did hope she was alright though, and just tired.

Anya tried a small smile to the boy though it didn't stay for awfully long. No, she didn't feel great, but she also didn't want Sage to worry about her if it was something that'd pass in a day or so. She gave a slight nod to give him peace of mind before looking back towards Sage, who by now was perched at her bed side. "You don't have to be here," she told him quietly as she pulled the blanket's up a bit more.

Sage gave the girl a grin. "Att's asleep and Luther's busy. I'd rather be with you, even if you're asleep. I can draw or something," he murmured. Something told him the girl didn't feel as good as she'd told him...he knew her too well for that. But, he'd go alert the doctor once the girl fell asleep again. She wasn't in any real danger, and she did need her rest. The doctor would probably only keep an eye on her, maybe give her something to help her feel a bit better, but this wasn't anything that was...bad. At least, no as far as they knew. He certainly hoped she'd be alright. He reached over to brush a strand of hair out of the girl's face that had fallen down when she curled up again. "Go back to sleep. You need it," he told the girl gently, though she was already almost out again anyway.

Anya leaned into his hand ever so slightly before shifting over and gently patting the space next to her. "Sit with me?" She asked quietly. He could do whatever he wanted really. But, he could draw and do whatever if he did come and sit. She just wanted to steal a bit of his warmth. As long as she stayed warm and drank plenty she'd be fine, she was sure, so Sage didn't need to stay for long if he didn't feel like it. Though, his little grin did make her feel a little more upbeat.

Sage chuckled slightly and got up, crawling over to the girl and wrapping himself around her. He didn't mind staying there with her, if she wanted him there, but he was sure she'd fall asleep soon, and he could go tell the doctor she wasn't feeling well. (Short lol)

Anya gave a slight smile when he wrapped himself around her, then she pressed a light kiss to his neck before curling her head into his chest as she tried to her comfortable again... which was, admittedly difficult. Soon enough, the girl managed to fall back to sleep though she was very clearly... uncomfortable. Always shifting around and furrowing her brows. She was sleeping though, and that was definitely a good thing.

Sage let out a tiny giggle when the girl kissed him, and was more than content to let the girl cuddle in if it made her any more comfortable. Not that she seemed comfortable even once she was asleep...she was wriggling around, which admittedly made it a bit difficult to hold her snuggly. He sighed and got up, but threw some extra blankets on Anya, hoping to keep her warm even once he was gone. He went to the bathroom and wet a rag to put it on the girl's forehead, hoping to regulate the fever. Then he sighed and slipped out of her room, heading to the doctor's and poking his head into the man's office. "Anya's not looking too great," he told the man. "And I'm pretty sure she has a fever now, too," he informed him with a slight groan.

The doctor raised a slight brow when he saw Sage's head poking through the door. He definitely hadn't expected him to be back so soon... but he was around a lot. He cocked his head slightly at his comment before pursing his lips. "You know, she might just have a cold. They're pretty common around this time of year," he noted absentmindedly, though his voice was a bit amused. Luther had mentioned they'd gone out earlier in the day... things like going in and out of the cold and warmth were the type of thing that caused viruses like colds. "Like I said as long as she's eating and drinking she should be ok," he glanced back up after a moment. "Is there a reason you're worried?"

Sage nodded and shrugged. "Figured I'd let you know," he told the man. He wrinkled his nose slightly. "I'm certainly not a doctor, and it's not the slums here, but the last time I blew off a fever my sister died," he informed the man. He grinned, slightly sheepishly, and shrugged again. "I get worried. I'm not used to being able to not do everything myself," he admitted with a sigh. He stood there for a second before adding on, "Is there anything you need help with? Att's asleep, Luther's busy, and I need to find something to do or I'm going to go bat-crazy," he chuckled. He didn't care what it was...he'd do anything. He just needed to take his mind off of Anya..he could go sit with her and draw, bit of the doctor could use his help, he may as well help him...the doctor ended up working on him pretty often.
