She walked past him to go grab her gym stuff. Already wearing her shirts, she put on her tennis shoes and grabbed the keys. "Wanna come to the gym, or sit here and worry?" She asked, urging him to get up

"Nah,im sore from yesterdays workout.Max I lifted yesterday was 415 so,probaly best to not do that again.Im going on a run later anyways.Have fun though."

" 'Kay." She turned and walked out, being careful not to slam the door shut. She sighed in frustration as she climbed into the car and sped off. She decided to bench first and did 8 reps at 150lb 3 times over and moved to work on cleans and deadlift.

A very tiring workout later, Rose climbed back into the car before running to the nearest coffee stand and grabbing a Lotus, the same as before. She paid and went home to Caden.

Caden grabbed his AirPods before turning on Eminem's spotify playlist.He ran 2 miles before heading back home to see Rose had already arrived.

"Hey." She said shortly, walking upstairs. She flopped onto the bed and watched Tiktok for a bit

"Hey." He said,gasing through breaths.Caden threw his shirt in the laundry and headed upstairs,a sheen layer of sweat covering him.He flopped down next to Rose. "Well,how was your workout?"
