"OHH okay so well then my answer would be yessss, if you want my help I will certainly give it to you." Ryker answered with a grin, standing up with a slight wince. "May or may not. That must be the female way of saying you bought it and possibly already picked out a barn?" He asked with a snort.

She giggled "it sure is!" She looked away. "It's a 20 stall barn with a hay loft and peachy colored paint outside. I'll have an extra 40 acres of pasture space after the outdoor and indoor arena im planning to have gets built. What do you think?"

Ryker shook his head with a smile. "Wow. Some big plans there... sounds like a dream barn to me. Why peach though? Why not... dark green?" he asked with a grin. "I think it'll be beautiful and amazing. Best facility around, for sure, even though it doesn't even exist yet."

Abby smiled "peach is the first color I though if. Maybe some... green stalls!!! You could be the co owner!!!"

"Green stalls- deal!" Ryker laughed. "It's your barn, Miss Abby. I am just at your service." he joked

"Co owner" she pushed. "It's a done deal" she grinned, trying to hold back how genuinely happy she was about it.

"Co-owner it is. Nice to meet you, partner." Ryker smiled. There... his journey was set. Never was he going back to college, or his home.

She grinned "howdy partner" Abby pulled out her phone- she had forgotten it was there- and looked at pictures of barns. "Ooo what about this one! It's got a tack room and a wash stall and a grooming room and three huge stalls for breeding/ quarantine!"

"Howdy." Ryker laughed, scooting in a little closer to look at the photos. "All of these look AMAZING to me." He said cheerfully, but really he was astonished by what was out there.

"Ok so pick one to help me build. " she looked over at him and noticed he had gotten closer. She was face to face with him. She looked away with a blush before he could notice, or atleast she hoped it was before.
