(I was thinking that too lol. Was thinking it might be difficult for Tyler as a character to get on with someone so quickly if he's not really trusting Regan yet. I don't mind either way. We've got Regan obviously trying to get along with your character (and struggling lol) so it might be fun to have Tyler getting attached to someone else quite quickly and having her get upset about it. I don't mind, either way, is good with me!) . Regan looked at him with slightly furrowed brows. "I want you to be happy, too, though," she murmured quietly. She really did, too... it had only been a few weeks, but they'd been through a lot of changes recently... and she'd found out a tiny bit of his past, which was frankly horrifying. "If anything were to happen to either of us, neither of us deserves to be left all alone," she told him with a soft sigh. She knew none of this was easy for him... he'd lost his home, it must have been absolutely awful... but he was trying to deal with her, and she appreciated that. She sighed and listened to the radio for about half an hour before a signal eventually picked up. Her heart seemed to stop as she listened to it... it was giving them some sort of coordinates. She ran to get a map and quickly wrote them down before the signal ran off again.

(Yeah... you are right. I was thinking that some girl was into Tyler... but he just thought they were friendship. Regan didn't know that, so she got jealous. That fits both our characters a little better, right? You can make the last decision, I'm sure whatever you think will work!) - Tyler snorted. "It's fine. Let's go find some people." He made a face, but stayed with what he said. He wanted Regan to be happy... that was all. Since he had lost everything else nothing else mattered. "No I won't let anything happen to you... also... I'll try to start taking care of myself, too" Tyler said slowly, looking up as the radio crackled and started saying numbers that sounded like coordinates. Tyler tipped his head and listened, getting up from the chair. "Pack what you need." He murmured quietly, grabbing his backpack and going outside. He untied his traps, put the tarps and nets inside, and strapped it to Raptor's back. The German shepherd yelped happily, jumping up and down and wagging his tail. Tyler shook his head with a small chuckle, going inside and grabbing another backpack before stuffing what small belongings he had in it. He grabbed his couple black t shirts, two more pairs of black jeans... and there was really nothing else. He then looked to Regan. "Is there anything you want me to put in here? Clothes, personal belongings, any of that?" He asked, raising an eyebrow

(No, I like your idea! Lets do that lol) . Regan nodded with a bit of a sigh. "Thank you," she whispered to him. She was more than thankful to be able to find some people... Tyler was great, but they weren't exactly close or anything. That was fine, Tyler had been through a lot, so it made sense, but she needed someone she could have a conversation with and allow herself to be weak, and right then, she had to be present to care for him. But that was a choice, so she didn't mind. She packed everything up quickly and shook her head to him before calling Millie to her side, which she immediately did. "No... let's go," she sighed gently.

Tyler nodded. He had a feeling Regan didn't really trust him yet... or maybe she didn't think he really cared. He let out a small sigh and murmured, "Lead the way." As they walked Tyler thought about the possible reasons. She could ... what if she thought she had to take care of him.. so that's why she's didn't open up. Or... she thought he would laugh at her. Tyler's head swam with the questions. He decided he needed to ask her.. this was important enough. He cleared his throat. "Regan... I was wondering why you don't really open up with me. I know I'm a .. guy, but I don't think that's the reason." He tried to word it carefully. Tyler really did care about Regan... right now she was the closest person to him. He just wished... he could be more Of her friend. He felt like she was... closed, holding herself back... and that's not what friends did.

Regan got her little map out... these people were about ten miles away. Away from where the fire had been. Good... it meant there'd be food, and more of it now that anything with a healthy mind had scattered from the woodlands. They'd get there today... or maybe tomorrow, considering they were both kind of slow at the moment with their injuries. They had enough to stop for the night, at least. They'd be more than safe if they stayed together, and she really believed that. She was a little bit taken aback by his question and glanced back at him... it was a difficult question to answer but tried to keep her answer short. "You have other things going on. I don't think you want nor need to hear about me," she eventually answered.

Tyler looked at Fegan, following her. He shifted the backpack on his back, wincing slightly. He cleared his throat and tried to answer how he felt... "Regan, I'm your friend. I'm here for you to talk about those things. I do want to hear about them. Everything that's in the last is in the past. My wounds have mostly healed. You don't have to worry about me anymore, or take care of me." He tried explaining, knowing this was probably going horribly and would maybe end up with Regan mad at him... but he wanted her to know he was there, and did want to hear about her troubles.

Regan found herself rolling her eyes... it was stupid, he was trying to be nice, but she wasn't letting it happen, for some reason. "Are you my friend? I've had to work quite hard to get you to talk to me, you know. I talk too much, so why would I bug you with little details of my life?" She huffed after a while... she hadn't meant for that to come out quite so... sharply, but it had. She didn't need to talk to him about anything... no one that said they wanted to know about those things were... lying. No one wanted to hear the bad things in your life, and she knew that much. "And I'm going to worry about you. At the moment you're all I've got, and nothing is going to make me not worry," she eventually told him.

Tyler looked slightly taken aback. "Yes, I'm your friend and I'm sorry. You do not talk too much and you would bug me because I want you to." Tyler said flatly, making it as clear as possible. He walked a couple moments in silence, then listened to what she said. "Well you can worry all you want, I'll be fine." He murmured slowly, shifting the backpack again. He was a little hurt... but then again he felt used to it. This was.. the normal Regan.

Regan rolled her eyes, just dropping it. She didn't need to open up to him... he didn't need her issues on his shoulders. But that was fine. She was still hanging onto his earlier words, about her talking too much... he was trying to take it back now, but it wouldn't work too much. "Whatever," she sighed softly. "I don't to put anything on you, is all," she eventually grumbled to him. "You've got enough going on."

Tyler really did feel his heart drop. Yeah... she most definitely didn't think he was her friend... and she was still mad about him saying she talked to much. He really didn't mean it, and now he felt bad. Tyler didn't show It though, and just kept his mouth shut. he knew he would probably say something else that was unkind, or that Regan didn't like. He trekked and walked and stumbled and walked some more... for so long.
