Sage clearly wasn't aware of what she was doing but he did relax against her, drifting into a deeper sleep.

Celeste smiled, massaging down his body before settling into his arms.

Sage just rested there for a few hours, stirring a while later and tightening his hold on her slightly

Celeste rubbed his cheek. "You okay, baby?"

Sage grunted in response, still pretty tired. "Ok is a relative term," he sort of grumbled. Then, "better. Still shitty though," he noted, keeping his eyes closed.

Celeste pecked his head softly. "Rest, wolfie,"

Sage groaned. "That's all I've been doing," he complained, but didn't move or open his eyes. He hated sitting around but...that's just what needed to be done. All he could do.

"I know baby, but you need to,"

Sage sighed and nodded. "I know," he noted. Then his stomach growled and he winced slightly. "Is there anything to eat that's going to be easy on my stomach here," he asked

"Baby, its a hospital, everything here is bland and easy on your stomach," she giggled.
