A frown appeared momentarily on the guards face when asked how he still had his job, but it was quickly replaced with a smirk as Camron put his hand on the blade. "You don't need a sword," the guard chuckled, mocking Camron's words, "you sure about that? I mean I already have the upper hand since I have a weapon." The guard readjusted his grip on the sword as he prepared for their fight to begin. The guard had thought for a second about setting his sword aside and instead just fighting Camron without a weapon, but decided not to since this way would be more enjoyable. Without a warning the guard lunged at Camron and sliced his sword through the air, just barely missing his ram but still cutting the fabric on his sleeve.

[Camron flinched slightly as the guard lunged at him. He did seriously wonder how this guard had his job. It was a mystery. Camron blocked with his arms for a moment before hitting the guard in the side of the face. He wanted to back out souly so he did not risk his job but knowing the guard would just follow him forced him to fight, at least in self defense. Camron watched the guard's movements to try to figure out what they are going to do next. Part of him debated making a run for it but he knew it wouldn't solve a thing.]

The guard let out a small grunt as Camron hit him in the side of the head. He swung his sword at Camron again and changed his stance before attacking Camron again. He lunged forward and sliced his sword through the air, hoping to cut Camron. Malcolm and the second guard rounded the corner at the end of the hallway and Mal stopped. He watched as the guard fighting Camron had blood dripping off of his sword, meaning he had sliced Camron somewhere. (I'll let you decide where and how bad Camron got hit, since I don't want to determine that for you)

[Camron was stunned for a second as blood dripped from the large cut sliced into his shoulder down the side of his waist. Camron winched in pain before lunging at the guard scratching him with his nails. The pain of the wound held him back a bit as he attacked the guard. He knew he was just giving the guard what he wanted in the end. He was just giving in. Camron stepped back a moment as he watched the guard catch himself. He glanced at his arm for a moment watching the red stain the fabric around the wound. Camron looked up once more after a moment glaring at the guard through the pain.]

The guard glared at Camron but caught glimps of the wound he ha created, making a sinister smile appear on his face. After a few quick moments the guard went to charge forward but was stopped by something. He squirmed to try and get out of the grip of the strong being, but it was useless. Malcolm and the other guard rushed forward to stop the fighting. While the other guard grabbed onto his partner and pulled him away Mal rushed over to Camron. The wound on Camron's side was very obvious and Mal felt a pain in his heart as he saw it. "We need to get you to the infirmary now," Mal said to Camron and looks at his face, "can you walk well enough?" Mal sent a look to the second guard, who had been accompanied already by another guard, and the two dragged the one that had been attacking Camron off. They would head to the thrown room to speak to the king who would decided the fate of the guard, but seeing how he had multiple problems before this then it meant that his future didn't look so good.

[Camron flinched as he tried to process what was happening. He barely realized Malcolm had been talking to him. He watched the guard get dragged off and he just watched. After a moment of watching the guard being dragged off the pain of the would hit him and he fully realized that Malcom asked him something. He looked at the price for a moment, "I am fine." He insisted. Camron knew that even if he is in pain he is a royal guard and either way he shouldn't have gotten hurt so easily.]

Malcolm looked at Camron with a glare as he insisted that he was ok. "No you are not," he says in a surprisingly stern tone, "you have a massive gash on your side and if you just act like you're "mister tough guy" then you are going to bleed out." Now frustrated about Camron's carelessness, Mal hooked Camron's arm, the one on his good side, with his own and starts to walk him to the infirmary. Mal was obviously very concerned about Camron's wound and had a worried look in his eyes.

[Camron was stunned at the way Malcolm replied. He said nothing and just stood for a moment. He flinched slightly as Malcolm hooked his arm and began leading him but he didn't say a work, just walked defeatedly. He had only been trying to be less of a burden by acting as if he was fine but it ended in more of a struggle. As they walked Camron thought of apologizing in some way or another but just stayed quiet, he felt as if trying to start conversation would just make it worse.]

After a little bit of walking they finally reached the infirmary. Once inside Malcolm lead Camron to one of the beds and immediately nurses went over to inspect his wounds. One of the doctors began to get a tray of supplies ready to deal with the obvious gash in Camron's side. Another doctor walked up and began to ask Malcolm questions on how Camron got injured. Mal replied to the questions truthfully and told the doctor to relay it to his parents if they asked what happened. The doctor agreed and then asked how Mal's arm was feeling. Not really to concerned about himself, Mal replied that it was "Feeling ok," and that "It doesn't hurt right now." His eyes watched as the medical workers began to work on Camron's massive gash.

[As the medicals workers began to clean and stitch the wound, he looked down. A feeling of defeat washed over him like a wave as he tried to justify the regret he held for giving into what the guard had wanted. He winched a few times as the workers worked due to pain but in the end stayed quiet. After a bit he glanced up at where Malcolm stood, he couldn't tell if he was mad, annoyed, or just irritated, the way he had kind of snapped had startled him.]
