Cam hummed softly as he wrapped his arms around her, and she sort of half turned her head to look at him. "On how fertile I am?" She repeated with a little laugh, then shook her head slowly. "I'd say medium fertile," she mused playfully. Well, he'd basically been keeping a light track on... everything since they got together, so she supposed he'd know about it all. She nodded very much in agreement after a second, though. "Us putting our all into it and wanting it doesn't mean much either," she whispered softly.

Cam huffed out a breath of complaint, sort of moving to grab his hand and wrap it around her. "Hey, you didn't know," she joked back, then rolled her eyes slightly. "Kai, just because we want something, just because we're passionate about it, doesn't mean it'll happen. That's not how this sort of thing works," she mumbled.

Cam almost sat up as he shifted over her, although looked visibly confused as he slid down to her hips. Although, that expression turned into something more amused as he started to talk. She never thought that they wouldn't get pregnant - but she just didn't want to get their hopes up that it might happen soon. An amused hum escaped her, and she sort of reached down to run her fingers softly through his hair. "Hmm, I know we wanted a peptalk, but I'm not sure how effective this will be, you know," she snickered, clearly amused by the whole thing.

Cam smiled down at him, a stupid, dumb smile as he did... whatever he was doing. When he told her to shush, she did so with a chuckle, her hand playing lightly in his hair as he talked. She shivered slightly as he kissed her stomach, still finding the whole thing rather amusing. She nodded in agreement, though, and leaned up to peck his lips lightly. "Hmm... I think so too," she mused. Obviously it wouldn't change anything, but it was still fun to see. "Hmm. I didn't think I'd ever see the big bad Malakai Negri talking to his balls," she teased him lightly.

Cam hummed in thought, raising a brow slightly. "I'm not sure what I was expecting. Maybe... something normal?" She chuckled. "That was awfully sweet for you, Kai. Are you feeling okay?" She added in amusement. He wasn't exactly the sweet sort - not normally, anyway. But, it was still so nice to see him like this.
