Gale kept his thoughts to himself, staying quiet as he continued on. He realised Varys wasn't there, and he worried slightly, knowing that was his last reminder of the man who'd tried to kill him, the man who'd helped him survive, Sage. The man called out a whistle he never used, a short four note. Varys came quicker then he ever had, immediately sticking to his side and looking up at him as the two walked on.

Gale tossed a look behind him to make sure Kayla was still there, offering a smidge of a smile before he turned off path, walking a bit quicker until he reached a gorgeous cliff overlooking stunning scenery, pulling his hood down and changing moods instantly as he waited on her.

"Found this place a few days ago, thought i'd bring the most gorgeous thing in my life to the most gorgeous scenery I know." He said softly, taking her hand and pulling her to sit beside him to where Gale let her rest on him if she needed too.

Gale smiled before glancing over his shoulder and seeming to stare at something--someone--off in the distance. He wiped the expression off his face and turned back to Kayla, a arm lazily around her shoulders. "If not, then that'd be dissapointing." The man mused, his gaze flicking to her lips before going back up. "I'm just gonna say it, here would be a really nice place to come if we ever wanted kids." Gale said blankly, staring back off to the faintly rising sun.
