Sage chuckled softly, watching Remy dive into the water. That was clearly where he belonged....they'd have to stay by the ocean no matter where they went. Personally he liked the forest, but he had some of that here too. That sparked an idea, and he moved to slide out the back door, creeping through the trees to see if he could spot any wild game.

Remy swam out to sea, just having fun swimming around. He interacted with the sea life out there, which weren't the mindless fish he had in the tank when he first arrived at Sages. He was happy out there, free. Remy swam everywhere, exploring miles out to sea. He messed with boaters, splashing huge amounts of water on them and then disappearing before they could see what it was. He raced boats and dolphins, winning against the boats and most of the dolphins. When he was finally worn out he began searching the seafloor for valuables. Remy came back home at noon with a diamond necklace, four gold bracelets, and a set of pearl earrings. He washed up onto the shore, still half in the ocean, half out. He flicked his tail, waiting for Sage to come and get him.

Sage crept around the forest for a while, grinning when he noticed deer tracks. He followed them quickly, enjoying the hunt and the way the forest made him feel. He scored a pretty good sized buck after a few hours, which he slung over his shoulders and moved down towards the beach. He noticed Remy slide up as he got down there, so he set the animal down and moved to wade into the water, grabbing Remy and dragging him to the blanket he has set up next to the buck. "Find anything," he asked, moving to roll the buck over and start cutting and skinning it.

Remy greeted Sage happily. Laying down in the sun to dry. "Yeah," he nodded, laying out the jewelry out on the blanket. He didn't fully understand just how much the items were worth, but he knew it was somthing. Four gold bangle bracelets, a diamond necklace and pearl earrings. "Are these worth anything?"

Sage glanced over from what he was doing to the deer to see what Remy had gotten. He let out a low whistle when he saw them, nodding along. "Yeah, those will be worth plenty for a while," he noted. He went back to the deer, pulling the organs out and tossing them to the side before rolling the deer over to start skinning it. "I can bring them to a pawn shop tomorrow," he noted lightly. He wouldn't be able to go this afternoon....he was sweaty and covered in sand and mud and deer blood and hair so he was pretty nasty at the moment. He felt better than he had in a while though, getting out of the house and whatnot.

Remy nodded and smiled, kind of proud of himself. "How was your morning?" he asked, watching him dismember the animal.

Sage hummed softly, peering over the deer to Remy. "Good," he chirped lightly. "I haven't been able to get out in the woods and do anything in....a long time," he mused, moving to yank the deers skin off and then work on getting the meat off.

Remy smiled and nodded, "Thats good. I'm glad you got to go out too,"

Sage nodded happily, working on the deer for a bit longer before it was done and he moved to bring everything inside. He put it in the kitchen and then wandered back out, rinsing himself off in the ocean before flopping down next to Remy, sort of just sprawling on his back, still sort of a mess but happy.

Remy smiled over at him and closed his eyes. It did bother him a little bit that Sage didn't ask him how his morning was, but he just played it off as nothing. It was fine..
