Kai smiled and followed her, flopping down next to her. "I like that. Our pinky hug,"

Camery smiled over at him, moving to sort of wrap around him with her leg over his side and her head resting lightly on his shoulder. "Good... I'm glad," she whispered. She liked it when they were like this. When they were calm together... they could both be pretty hot headed, so why they fought it left her feeling awful, and he had to feel the same.

Kai smiled, wrapping his arms around her and kissing her head. "I love you..."

| |

Cam hummed softly as he kissed her, her eyes softening slightly before closing. "I love you too," she whispered. They only had about a week left here... and as lovely as it was, she was excited to get back to the hustle of the castle.

Kai relaxed into her, eventually drifting off.

Camery kept herself close to him, his soft skin soothing against hers. She shifted a little to get comfortable, not really waking up until later the next day. She mumbled something incoherent, clearly glad just to get some rest. They didn't have long left here before they went back home... but, she supposed it didn't matter. They owned this place now - they could come back here whenever they wanted. The thought made her light up, quite literally as she sort of turned to face her husband, which she'd somehow managed to roll away from in the night. She wrapped herself around him happily, gently pecking his cheek. "Kai, baby," she whispered softly.

Kai was semi awake as she rolled into him. "Hm?" He opened his eyes halfway.

Cam smiled as he started to wake up, the sun poking through the windows and making him almost glow. Jesus, how could someone be so perfect? How could someone from the night kingdom be so perfect? It was a silly thought, really, one she'd never say out loud, but she'd always been taught that they were... well, monsters really. It was crazy to think one of best people she knew happened to be from there. She kept her voice low, not wanting to wake him up too much. "Morning," she mused gently.

Kai smiled. "Morning," he hummed, leaning down and kissing her lips.

Cam kissed him back happily before settling back down with a soft sigh. Her wings sort of twitched lightly behind her back, and she glanced back over ar him. "You were wanting to teach me how to fly, hm?" She asked quietly, a light smile spread across her face.
