XD it can make up for me saying Tyler instead of Ajax haha. (I fixed it) Tyler is one of my other characters I use a lot so I get mixed up sometimes...)) - Ajax turned back with a glare, looking like an angry bull. "Scuse me, I did NOT say I would come with you." He growled, but he did look like the fight in him was fading. He could only argue for so long. "You'd better not think this is a multiple time thing." Ajax muttered under his breath, reaching out and touching Mercy's hand.

Pffft its totally fine)) "Thank you." She smiled. In less than the blink of an eye, they were somewhere completely different. It was a luxury hotel room, specifically a bedroom, with a large canopy bed and plush carpet floor. She gently released his hand and stood. "You're sleeping here, I'll be out on the couch, if you need anything. The bathrooms through that door, and if you're hungry, speak now or forever hold your peace." She nodded, looking down at him.

Down at him? Even if Ajax was sitting does Mercy look down at him XD)) - Ajax wasn't completely prepared for the jolt that would come, but being the person he was... he didn't show much surprise. He managed to land on his feet and take a couple stumbling steps before finding a wall to lean against, his face quite unhappy with the surrounding area. "This was a terrible idea..." Ajax groaned quietly, feeling slightly wobbly since on his feet since he had been sitting before whatever Mercy did Happened. "Why don't I sleep out on the couch? There is no way I will be able to fall asleep on a bed that looks like it is so soft I might just sink into it and disappear." Ajax snorted, hunching his shoulders slightly and looking completely out of place in this nice hotel room.

Probably not, pfft XD)) She rolled her eyes. "Youre sleeping on the bed. Knowing you, you probably haven't slept on a real bed in years." Mercy huffed. "So; do you need anything?" She asked, trying to be helpful. She took a few hesitant steps closer to him since he seemed unsure on his feet.

Ajax barked out a laugh, wincing afterward. "I haven't slept on a bed since age 9 when I broke my back and a cowboy snuck me into the hospital." He snorted, looking warily at Mercy as she moved closer. "Nooo, I might need a spa and some heated towels later but nothing now." He said sarcastically, almost using it as a defense to block that he was extemely unomfortable in this environment

"And if he hadn't, you'd likely have been paralyzed for the rest of your life. So just go get in the bed, and fall asleep. Or do you need some warm milk?" She teased, hands on her hips. "Will you please just not fight me on this? Go to bed. Go to sleep. It'll help, I promise." She pleaded, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Not true!" Ajax grumbled, but he knew it was a possibility. Not a great one, since it was a very minor break, but still. He glared at her, his dark blue eyes glittering unhappily. Ajax was still a little dizzy, standing wasn't his favorite thing at the moment, and he was battling exhaustion.... so even if it meant sleeping on a bed, sleep would probably be a good thing. He just felt so... wrong... here. His eyes flitted around a couple times, almost like a caged animal before he gave in, his shoulders sagging slightly. "Fine, I'll rest. This once." Ajax said quietly, sitting on the edge of the bed with a worn out sigh Edited at August 5, 2023 09:33 AM by Wild Warmbloods

She sighed, laying her head in her hands. "Thank you." She muttered, walking to the door as he settled in. She hovered by it, hand poised by the light as she took in how bizarre it seemed to have him there. "I'll get you some clothes, too. Unless you'd prefer to go shirtless."

Ajax didn't answer, because *youre welcome* would definitely not cut it right now. His brow scrunched together as she spoke again, glancing down at his black strip covered dry red streaks of blood chest. "Clothes sound amazing. Could you maybe aim for black?" He asked hopefully

"Sure." Mercy gave him a small smile, slightly amused. "Don't die, okay?" She teased, shutting the light off and slipping out of the room to shut the door behind her. She rubbed her eyes in frustration and stalked to the door of her hotel room. ((Skip to when she comes back with clothes?))
