Sage nodded and followed Claudia over to the table, sliding in beside her. He cocked his head slightly when she started complaining about the hunter. He felt the same way, and he nodded with an agreeing hum. "It would be nice to be able to not worry about him," he sighed. "But we can do that after breakfast," he chuckled. "Believe it or not, you seem to be getting a tad cranky when you're hungry," he teased the girl lightly, hoping it would lift her spirits a bit.

Claudia chuckled, then nodded, looking at Sage fondly, "Very true. Let's hope Mr.Lopex or our waiter comes out soon. She leaned her head gently on his shoulder, he always had ways to make her feel better, less down. "I hope you know I appreciate you...that you love me. You know how much that means to be right?" Claudia lifted her head, kissing his cheek. "You didn't need to accept helping me with this hunter, but you did.", she kissing his cheek again and gave a small giggle.

Sage chuckled and then smiled over at the girl, nodding in response to her comment. "I know," he hummed. "But I don't want anyone to hurt you, and besides, I haven't had much fun recently, so a good fight does have it's profits," he admitted, eyes shining at the prospect of a good fight. They always made him feel so...alive.

Claudia smiled, it was a bit confusing but if it helped Sage then yeah, she guessed it would be fine. "So, when are we planning to do...it?" she hoped he knew 'it' meant the hunter...not something else. She blushed at her own thought before shaking her head and looking at Sage. Claudia leaned into him as she asked the question, she was absolutely sure he would protect her.

Sage chuckled and then hummed in thought. "I'd like to get it done this morning," he admitted. "That way we won't get worse as the day went on, and we have the daylight." He shrugged slightly and then chuckled. "plus, the sooner he's gone the better." In all honesty, if he wasn't hungry, he would have run off to attack the man before, but he tended to make dumb decisions, and when he was hungry that increased by...a lot. It may not have gone as smoothly as he wanted it to.

"We can eat quickly, then go out." Claudia put a hand on Sage's shoulder and smiled. A waiter came out with two platters of their food, placing it down in front of them. "Thank you. This looks delicious." Claudia nodded to the waiter and smiled, "Anytime for our boss's favorite customers, and soon-to-be workers? Claudia smiled and nodded, "Yes, thank you.". Claudia started eating as the woman walked away to do the next order. "Well, this is nice." Claudia smiled over at Sage.

Sage smiled at Claudia and nodded in agreement, then thanked the waiter when she dropped off their food. He waved a goodbye as she left, and then reached for his food, moving Claudia's plate closer to her spot for her. "Yes, it is. And it'll be even better once the man is out of the way," he hummed. He was eager to get this over with...it would be fun at first, but if it dragged on too long it could get too dangerous.

Claudia nodded, "Do we have weapons?" they had better...if not that would not go well. "And do we have a strategy for hunting and killing him?". She looked over at Sage, slightly cocking her head. Claudia had been hoping to just shoot him...or something, it didn't really matter to her that much. She wasn't very sure she would be fighting if they needed that, she had just wanted to come...incase Sage got hurt.

Sage glanced over at Claudia and nodded. "I'm always armed," he hummed. "I've needed it quite a bit because of my rank," he explained. "And I was just gonna sneak up on him, stab him, and leave." He grinned rather sheepishly and shrugged. "I'm not really a planner. I just kind of act and then think a plan might have helped later," he admitted, chuckling. He normally acted before he thought...which he supposed could be rather dangerous, but it had always worked out ok for him.

Claudia couldn't help but laugh at his plan, she nodded, "I bet that you can do it, sounds like you have had some practice." she purred. She looked at Sage, her eyes sparkling and a smirk plastered on her face, "And we may be able to have some fun after.". "We can leave once you are done, I'm fine with whenever." Claudia moved closer to him, running a hand through his hair, he had seemed to like that the night before. And it seemed to help calm her, it was weird.
