| Who knows. They just seem to be much more common. And last time I got into a few good EEE they made E XD Horses are just getting so much stronger now that Ws are getting too easy I feel like. |

| I think we're a long way from getting a new rating above W, so many WWW x WWW matches throw EEE. I've seen some EPEs, too |

| So, yeah. $300 for a new perk test. Which fine, saves me the headache of dealing with mom being snarly and assuming everyone is trying to get more money. I suspect that it's more that the laws and regulations have changed, than anything else. |
