He grunted a good morning and lifted his head up, resting his chin on his arms. He squinted up at the sun, and upon determining the time, he flopped his head down into the blankets again.

She laughs softly and nudged him a bit "how did you sleep?" she asked tilting her head slightly.

He shrugged. "I actually slept, if that says anything." He rolled over onto his back and looked up at her. "I have no idea how, but whatever you did worked."

She leans down and kissed him gently on the lips she placed her hand on his chest as she kissed him. after a few moments she pulls away "you deserve to sleep, you need it, I saw that you were having a bad dream and i guess motherly instincts just kicked in?" she giggled not sure what exactly to call it.

He shrugged, his lips tingling from the kiss. "Well whatever ya wanna call it, it worked." He looked outside the cave again and then looked back at Ellie. "I'm being lazy today. We have food so I'm going to stay around the cave and screw around like a two year old."

"alright" she got off the ledge, she grabbed some soaps from a bag a towel, and a change of clothes along with her hairbrush "ill be back" she grabs her staff and walks out of the cave she found a small waterfall she set all her stuff down undressed and began to shower. for some time after she showered instead of drying off and getting dressed, she sat in the water.

He started the fire and then decided to take the blankets and make a fort in the back of the cave after she left. He used various sized rocks and ledges to hang the blankets and make a decent sized fort. He lay the left over blankets on the ground and then grabbed a stick, put a hollowed out but she'll over his head as a fake helmet, and brandished it at the wall before engaging in a mock battle with an imaginary enemy. He hadn't had a chance to have fun since he was little, and he was enjoying screwing around

After a while, she stood up from the water wrapping the towel around her body she walks out of the water as she dried off. once she was fully dried off she got dressed. she brushed her hair and braided it. then she grabbed all the stuff she had brought with her. she grabs her staff and walked back to the cave.

Sage continued to dance around the fort pretending to spar with his imaginary enemy or whatever he was fighting. He pushed his 'helmet' up so he could see but it kept falling over his eyes so he ran around blindly, occasionally running into things.

Ellie walked into the cave and saw the fort she giggled softly as she put her stuff down and leans her staff against the wall. She wore shorts and a tank top since it was quite a warm day.
