Celeste smiled and kissed her back. That night, around 1 am, Celeste woke up and went to use the bathroom, but she didn't even get there before her water broke. She was immediately hit with a contraction. "Sage!!" She called out to him in pain.

Sage hadn't been asleep for long, but her yell woke him with a start, and he scrambled to her worriedly. "What's wrong," he sort of yelped, brain taking a moment to catch up. Once he saw the liquid on the floor though, his eyes widened and he rushed to help her.

Celeste bent over the bathroom counter, groaning as her contraction continued. Odessa and Xander came running over. Odessa gasped. "Holy shit- uh, you guys go to the hospital, we can take care of the kiddos,"

|
Sage had moved to help support her with a grunt, just scooping her up after a moment and giving Odessa a breathless thanks as he rushed out of the bathroom, grabbing the keys and water bottle and getting her to the car

Celeste groaned, her belly was massive, so it couldn't be easy for him to just pick her up. She got into the car, holding onto the door handle extremely hard.

Sage helped her into the car, then quickly moved to Hope in and get them to the hospital as quickly and effortlessly as possible. It wasn't long before they were in a room, sage pacing back and forth as the doctor worked.

Celeste worked her way through the contractions. She reached out for him, gasping him and and squeezing him tight as she pushed. 4 long, awful and painful hours later, there were 5 little newborns laying on her chest.

Sage had moved to her bedside when she reached for him, knowing she'd leave bruises on his hands and arms again but not minding. He could hardly believe his eyes when the last baby was placed on her chest. Five. Five more babies. It was amazing. He kissed her head gently, holding her tight. "You did amazing," he noted softly.

Celeste was panting. She smiled down at her kids and then up at Sage. She shifted to move two of them to nurse, and they latched right on. Though one of them didn't sound like they were breathing right while latched on. A nurse noticed, "M'am, I need to do an examination on them," she said gently. Celeste nodded and the nurse took the baby away to do whatever she needed to do. Now Celeste was really worried.

Sages ears flicked worriedly when the baby's breathing sounded off, exchanging a worried glance with Celeste. "What's wrong with him," he asked after a few moments, having gone back to pacing the room
