Sage hummed slightly and yawned again. "It takes two to rumble," he murmured tiredly. Then he gave the girl a teasing grin. "And you returned anything I gave you," he chuckled, teasing the girl slightly. He wasn't sure why they were whispering, but he had to admit the sun was streaming in through the window and he was warm and wrapped up with Anya so it fit. And it was kinda nice to just lay around like this for a bit.

The girl chuckled softly and gave a type of nod. "It's no fun if I'm just laying there," she murmured gently, softly starting to trace patterns around his chest with her nails in a calming manner. Well, it was calming for her, at least. It gave her something to do. She slowly opened her eyes, and while the sun hit her eyes harshly for a moment, when she looked around she almost couldn't believe the sight... it wasn't anything special, the room was old and plain, but the sun that shone through the window made for a rather pretty sight... and when she looked to Sage again, and with the way the sun spilt over him, he looked almost... well, godly. Her heart ached a little at the sight of him, in a good way, as she leaned in to press a few soft kisses to his jaw. She almost didn't want any of this to end... it was almost too perfect, despite where they were.

Sage chuckled at the girl's response, letting her run her hands around his chest. She was waking up a bit, those soft kisses to his jaw proved that much, so once she'd stopped he shifted around and stretching slightly before relaxing again with a soft sigh. He opened his eyes, expecting to see Anya there, but not expecting her to be shining in the sun like some kind of angel. Then he realized he was staring a bit so he forced himself to blink and look around with a slight yawn. "We can leave in a little while," he murmured, not willing to let this all end quite yet.

The girl shook her head slightly and gave a small yawn before resting her head on his shoulder. "You might have to carry me," she mused before closing her eyes again. She didn't really want to leave, she didn't want this to end, and it wasn't like they had much to do, but she wasn't too keen on staying out here when it got later... she didn't know if the tavern would open in the evening, but she certainly didn't need anyone walking in on the too of them. Though, she didn't expect them to be staying put so late. "I like it here," she hummed softly. Well, maybe she didn't like it here, but rather she liked being here with Sage... and she was already dreading the day she'd wake up and he wouldn't be there anymore.

Sage chuckled and patted the girl's side softly. "I think you're on your own," he chuckled. "Not sure I can carry you and the basket," he told the girl in a somewhat teasing voice. "It is nice," he murmured in response to the girl's other comment, feeling the exact same way. He wished it could be like this forever...the two of them relaxing together in the warmth and being able to just...be there together, without worrying about anything.

Anya chuckled softly and nodded in reply, teasingly hitting his shoulder... well, it was more of a pat than a hit. "Not too sure how Luther's gonna feel when you get back to the castle without his fiance," she joked lightly. She also didn't know what he'd feel if he actually found out between both her and Sage. Luther didn't love her, and she knew that and she had no feelings for him, but they were, technically, engaged. There was just no ring yet. She still wanted to drop the basket off with someone in the village, though... hopefully, help someone out a bit. The food in there would all last another day or so, and it'd probably stretch for three full meals if they didn't pick at it. She'd probably manage to get herself back to the castle on her own two legs, though.

Sage chuckled again, eyes glinting mischievously. "Maybe he'd be able to screw around more without you bossing him around," he teased the girl lightly, knowing that she was nice to Luther, and that Luther really didn't mind being bossed around. In all honesty, the guy reminded him of a big lap dog, more than willing to just follow Anya around and do whatever she wanted him to do. Though, he did wonder what the guy would think if he figured out about their relationship...what went on behind the scenes, in a way. Would he hate them both? He couldn't see the guy hating them...he might get mad, sure, since Anya was technically his...but he seemed like the type to forgive easily, especially since he knew Anya didn't love him, and he didn't really love her either. (It might be interesting to have Luther figure some things out, and have him ask Sage if he loves Anya, that sort of thing. Let me know what you think lol)

(Yeah, I think that'd be fun lol. They could all get into a little argument or something which could confuse everyone else, too, I suppose) Anya wrinkled her nose at the boy before sticking her tongue out teasingly. "I don't boss him around. It's actually pretty hard to do that when they resist," she chuckled lightly before giving a small smirk, "He's just a big doofus. He'd jump off a cliff if I asked him to," she murmured before sitting up ever so slightly and pressing a light kiss to his lips, "I do boss you around, though," she admitted with a light chuckle before tapping his chest. "And I do have to say I rather enjoy it, and so do you," she giggled lightly before giving him a bright grin.

Sage felt the blush spread across his face again when the girl told him he enjoyed her bossing him around. He gave the girl a pout, though of course he wasn't upset...the girl was right. "Luther just doesn't know any better," he huffed slightly. "I however, know better than to argue with you, because I'm going to end up doing the thing whether I like it or not half the time." He did enjoy the girl bossing him around, though, and she knew it. And really, the only things she nodded him around about that he didn't really get a day in were things like eating a proper meal or taking medicine or something like that.

Anya grinned at the boy's slight blush before leaning over him slightly. "The boy has known me for years, he should have me figured out by now," she teased softly before leaning in a little and leaning on her forearms, "I've never had to plead with you to do anything, so I take it you don't particularly mind," she murmured before giving a grin. Well, it was true enough. And she did like that about the boy. Most of what she asked of him were in fun anyway, the only things she didn't give him much of a choice in were the more important things, she supposed. "Wanna go?" She asked lightly, though didn't make much of a movement to shift from where she was sitting.
