"Hey." Caden chugged some water and put his shirt in the dirty laundry.He sat down,pastry in hand.

Rose sat on his lap and nibbled her food again. "How was the work-out?" She asked, making small talk.

"Brutal but,decant really.Got a PR of 380# on a deadlift so,pretty happy." Caden announced,wiping crumbs off his shirt and gobbling down the pastry.

(Night. I'm beat)

"Don't hurt yourself, babe." She said, snuggling into his chest. "Do you have a house in mind already?" She asked, bringning up the earlier conversation.

"Im not going to hurt myself,I know what im doing." He pulled Rose in. "No,have'nt been looking." Caden sat up and dashed to the bathroom,hurling.He stood up after a moment. "Yeah,nah.I ain't workin out no more while im sick." He said as he snuggled up next to her again.

She had worry plastered all over her face. "Good idea, love." She said, kissing his cheek. "We'll be alright. This will pass."

"Hopefully." He mumbled.Murphy came running and jumped on Caden,demanding attention. "Hi buddy.Ooh,that reminds me,you need some dental chews." Caden announced,Murphy staring at him.He grabbed his phone before ordering a thing of dental chews.

Rose traced the muscles on his forearm. She sighed, knowing he was upset and she couldn't fix the illness. She just laid her head on him and traced over and over.

Caden pulled Rose close,putting his arm around her.He sighed as he leaned his head on her shoulder,still not daring to let her go.
