He smiled down at her. "That is perfectly reasonable, Kitty." He said softly. Giving her a kind look. "You hurt it plenty, but it is doing better enough." He chuckled a bit. "It's better than it would have been without your help." He said with a very forgiving expression. "Okay- uh the invite has the time, I can't remember it but its tonight, so don't get hit." He giggled. "The tournament is starting shortly, you should," He cleared his throat. "You should get ready."

Kitty looked up at him, listening to him intently. She chuckled and nodded. "I guess that makes up for it." She nodded. "Oh, I'll do my best, don't worry." She giggled, standing on her tip-toes to lay a kiss on his cheek. "I should. Have a nice time watching." She smiled, walking backward and then turning on her heel to go to the changing room.

He leaned down for her again, his cheeks might have turned pink as her lips brushed against him. He smiled. "Good luck." He said, watching her walk off for a moment, then brisquely walked off toward the stands. Skipperooni))

Kitty had tucked the letter in a pocket under her armor. For good luck, obviously. She was surprisingly nervous to look up at the royal box and see him there. She wasn't... used to having someone in the crowd. She snapped out of her blank stare when riders were off to their respective sides and the king did whatever boring announcement he was making. He ended up having her walk to the middle of the arena, because she was the running champion a couple years in a row. She had Grimm do a small rear and took a bow, rolling her eyes before cantering back to her side. She had a feeling it was done purposefully when the last of the round one matches included her. And since they liked to use her as a bit of a show pony, they seemed to have put her against the biggest bloke they could fit on a horse. She smiled across the arena at her opponent, grabbing a medium lance from Sam. She cracked her neck quietly, slamming Grimm out of the gates as soon as the flag fell. She came across the arena at a full sprint, slamming her lance hard into the mans stomach, feeling the other lance glance off her chest plate. Hers shattered, and she dropped the stub of it as she went to grab anither lance, glancing at the royal box again.

Ali was trying to act composed but couldn't help excitedly waving when his parents looked away. He watched quite intently at the show. Grinning the entire time, clapping when she broke the lance. On the edge of his seat.

I imagine him having the overwhelming urge to yell "HI"at her from across the arena while jumping up and down like a three year old)) Kitty smiled when she saw him, absentmindedly grabbing a medium lance and barely noticing when the flag dropped. She let Grimm take off, refocusing on the joust. Again, she shattered her lance against the other mans torso. She wasn't quite as lucky and felt his lance splinter against her chestplate, almost overbalancing her. She quickly reciver and shook her head, turning and grabbing a heavy lance when they reached the other side.

HEHEHE YEAH)) He was visibly disheartened as she got hit, seeing how far back she flew. He was murmuring something like "come on come on come on- YES" He glanced over at his parents, double taking because they were staring at him like he was weird. He looked ahead, clearing his throat and sat back a bit.

Shall we skippity dippity to when she wins, and she goes to shake the riyal families hands? I would go through all nine of her jousts but that seems a bit boring))
