Andi continued to listen to Trevor with the same look on her face, if she wanted too she could listen to Trevor talk for hours with how nice and calm his voice was. "Aw that's nice that they've tried to get you working over here, they must really think highly of you then." She said with a soft smile "And it's good to have a backup plan in case of anything... Speaking of which I should probably have a backup plan" Andi spoke the last part quietly, she really wasn't the type to think ahead about things like that but if something were to happen she would probably figure it out just fine.

He listened as Andi spoke and nodded some more. "Yeah they have seen how easily I can work under pressure and that I can deal with rude customers," he explains, "so the owner and the rest of the staff agree that I would be a really beneficial part of the team." He thought he had heard Andi says something more quietly but before he could ask what she had said the waiter came back. They apologized for the wait and took their orders and said they would be back right away with their drinks. 'They must be busy today,' Trevor thinks, 'usually they have taken orders by now.'

Andi continued to listned again as Trevor spoke and smiled slightly "Those really are some good traits to have at a job unfortunately I don't have the patients to deal with a rude person, neither am I able to work under stress" She somewhat joked, when the waiter came over she turned her attention to them, saying her order, then nodded a thanks as the person rushed off. Andi moved her attention back over to Trevor before smiling, she really was enjoying the morning so far, she never went out to eat with friends neither did she talk a lot but with Trevor it was enjoyable to do. -I'll ask for his number after this so we can plan for another one- She thought to herself happily

He nods as he heard Andi speak and nodded a bit. "Working as a barista teaches you stuff," he explains, "like being able to jump from taking orders to making drinks then back again when you are short on workers. With everything I've learned I could probably go work at a lot of different places." Trevor knew that if he was to ever have to be looking for a job then a lot of companies would want him to work for them. Soon the waiter returned with their drinks and took their order for their food before rushing off again. ~ (Apologies on the late reply, I had a really busy week. I will say in advance though that I will not be able to reply a lot this coming week so be prepared for that.)

It's okay no need to apologize! I understand being busy and thank you for the heads up) ~ Andi continued to listen to Trevor intently as he spoke. "Yeah you probably could and it's great that you can. For me I'm not much of a multitasker, my brain gets scrambled a bit too easily when it comes to jumping from task to task. That's why I enjoy being a hair stylist, it's a simple job that does require a lot of focus and attention to detail but it's more chill." She explained with a but of ethusiasm in her tone since she really did like talking about her job. It was something she enjoyed even if it wasn't super hard to a lot of people, it was still something she was skilled at and took pride in. As the waiter returned she took her drink and then gave them her order before takig a sip of her drink and setting it down on the table. "Speaking of hair it also can define a person, which sounds crazy but it can. So whenever a new client walks in I can kinda get idea of how they might be just by the way they fix their hair. For example if someone has a bunch of bright colors in their hair like blonde or caramel, they are most likely to be a up-beat fun person" This was how Andi read a person before talking with them, it was somewhat accurate of a read. When you've been working with people and their hair for awhile and it becomes a pattern.

(Thanks for understanding! Also I am back now as you can see) ~ He nodded some as Andi spoke some more and took his drink from the waiter and told them his order. He then listened as Andi talked about her own job. He took a drink of his drink and looked at Andi as she spoke. Trevor enjoyed Andi's enthusiasm about her job and liked listening to her speak about her time working as hair dresser. He could tell that she enjoyed her job and liked talking about it. "That's interesting," he says at her last sentences, "so if you were to not know me very well. What would my hair say about me?" He leaned forward and rested his elbows on the table before placing his head in his hands, waiting for Andi to answer. He was curious on what she would answer to his question. ~ (Sorry it's short ;-;) Edited at July 21, 2023 04:44 PM by Paranormal Pastures

(Of course! and welcome back lol! Also it's fine that it's short, no need to apologize) ~ Andi took a sip of her drink as Trevor started to speak. She tipped her head slightly in agreeancing of his first comment before bringing her gaze up to meet his. When he leaned forward on the table and asked his question she listened then went silent as she thought about it and looked his face over. For a moment she had to admit to herself that Trevor was strikingly handsome, which she scolded herself for thinking about that isntead of how to answer the question. "Well... Your hair color is still natural instead of having it bleached or crazy colors which tells me you don't like to stand out or draw any eyes to you... and usually when someone has long hair it'd tell me that they probably have a inflated ego or someone that you shouldn't mess with but for you, with the way you style it... It's actually the opposite, it shows that your tough but your also kind and gentle..." She pasued for a moment looking at him in admiration before looking down at her hands "I know it's not a lot but that's what I think" She said while takign another sip of her drink and keeping her gaze away from him

Trevor listened quietly and closely as Andi spoke. He was intrigued on what she had to say about him and smiled some once she had finished. "Well that sounds about right now doesn't it," he says with a small chuckle, "and don't try to apologize. That was just the right size of an answer I was looking for. I would have wanted nothing more nor nothing less. But I will say that this talent of yours is pretty accurate. I mean you know me and how I act now and I can say that you just described me pretty darn well. It's almost like you just read a description of me right out of a book." As he finishes saying this Trevor gives Andi a friendly smile and sits up straight as the waiter returns with their food. Trevor nods as they also refill their drinks a bit before rushing off. 'At least they are doing their best,' he thinks as he watches the waiter scurry off, 'I'll make sure to leave them a good tip as a sign of appreciation.'

Andi smiled, happy to know that Trevor was happy with the description she gave. She chuckled quietly at the small praise before nodding her head "Thanks, it really is a great talent to have at times. It helps me know who is best to avoid and things like that. It helped me to trust you more easily too even considering what happened the first time we meet" She said with a smile before glancing over at the waiter who had shown up. Andi brought her arms off the table and nodded a thanks to the waiter before they rushed off. "This food looks delicious" She chippered quietly then looking over at Trevor

He nods as Andi speaks once more and begins to eat his food. "I told you that this place had good food," Trevor says with a small chuckle, "and I'm glad to hear that you are trusting me more now. It makes me feel a bit better about us being together." He then gives her a small smile as he goes back to eating his food. (Sorry it's so short, I was in a rush and just didn't know what to write.)
