"Lets just get it over with," he muttered. He'd memorized her schedules, and tonight was the perfect night, and they were both young and extremely fertile, so chances were, if they did it tonight, she'd get pregnant. Then Kai would forever regret it, but at least that part was over.

Camery fowned slightly, tearing her eyes from his chest before looking up at him. She didn't want to force anything, and he really didn't look like he wanted to, but she didn't want to deny it and give him a chance to change his mind about it all. She drew in a soft breath before standing up and walking over to him, gently taking his hand and walking him back towards the bed.

Kai let her lead him to the bed, but he would be refusing kisses and such while this happened. This wasn't about them or their love anymore, this was just about the futures of their kingdoms. Kai wasn't about to let himself enjoy something that wasn't about their love for each other.

Camery let out a soft breath when he followed her, and gently pushed him back onto the bed. She sort of crawled onto his lap, and pulled her shirt over her head before running her hands up his chest and towards the back of his neck. He wasn't being particularly... reponsive to her, though, much to her dismay. She sighed, and sort of moved to brush her nose against his, desperatrly trying to draw... something loving from him.

Kai still didn't respond to her actions.

Cam went still when he didn't respond, and after a moment just sighed, pressing a light kiss to his forhead and crawled back off him. They couldn't do this if he wasn't into it, and she wasn't about to force herself onto him. He couldn't even kiss her, and it made her stomach roll. She moved to grab herself some towels and things before looking over her shoulder at him. "Dinners on the side," she mumbled, disappearing into the bathroom to get showered.

Kai let out a breath as she got off of him. Once she'd disappeared into the bathroom, he got up. He glanced at the cold food on the table she'd set out for him, but he still wasn't hungry. He grabbed a bottle or hard liquor and sat out on the deck overlooking the beach, sipping on the bottle occasionally.

Cam let out a soft breath as she got into the shower, getting admittedly more and more upset about the whole thing. The more upset she got, the worse she felt. She wanted a family with him, and at this point the thought of heirs weren’t even in her mind. She just wanted a child with him. He said when she felt ready for that, they could have a baby, so why was he so... upset about the whole thing? She didn’t get it at all. She got out the shower and dried off, getting changed before wandering out into the room. When she spotted Kai on the balcony, she couldn’t help her groan, half storming over and grabbing the bottle from him. She just glared at him. “Absolutely not. You don’t get to do that shit around me,” she warned him, taking the bottle and pouring its contents over the balcony.

"Hey, what-" he started but was cut short when she poured the bottle over the railing. He just gaped at her. He wasn't planning on getting drunk or anything, he wasn't stupid, he was just too lazy to get a glass and measure it out. He'd drank in front of her before, never getting drunk. And that was his favorite bottle, which they'd only brought one of. He was just trying to think about things and have a nice drink, but apparently he couldnt do that either. He grit his teeth so he wouldn't cuss her out, "Did you seriously just- yknow what, fine," he muttered, jumping off the balcony and flying away, anywhere but with her. Just get away. It wasn't just a bottle of liquor. He was trying to manage his stress with all of this trying to have a baby shit going on, but noooo~ he couldnt even be alone and have a drink for a little bit.

Camery just rolled her eyes at him. It wasn't about getting drunk. It was about him drinking after... not really an argument, but whatever that was. She didn't like it one bit. It was about him not even wanting to kiss her or hold her... or anything, really. She only really realised the overreaction she'd had when he flew away from her. She watched him for a moment, her jaw clenched before turning back to their room and dropping the bottle in the bin. He hadn't eaten the food she'd made, either. She grabbed the plate and moved to put it away in the kitchen, binning the food and clearing up the plate before going to one of the many lounges in the mansion and flopping down on one of the couches, attempting to hold back the tears that were threatening her eyes to no avail. It wasn't long until she was curled up in a sobbing mess about it all.
