"You have to rest and get better,"

"Fine..." She muttered, feeling clammy and hurting

Nate settled her down in bed before going off to get some medicine and water for her.

She shook her head at the medicine. "I'm fine..." She protested weakly

"Take it, you're sick. The faster you're well again, the better you can take care of Hunter,"

She glared at him, really the pain made her snippy, and took the medicine

Nate handed her the water, making sure she took the meds.

Once she took them, she settled and closed her eyes, trying to sleep

Nate kissed her head, staying with her.

Dakota fell straight into a nightmare, sweating and shaking and whimpering in her sleep
