Jacob waited until ma was asleep before going back home he pulls into the driveway and got out he knew where she would be and heads to the beach

Dakota sat in the tall beach grass. The light breeze blew through her hair. She laid her head on her knees and sighed.

Jacob walks up behind her not near her Jacob hands was still in his pockets when he said " I am sorry ma is right I act like my dad " as he looks down

Dakota turned around and looked at Jacob. She shook her head and looked down. "No, I'm sorry." Dakota said quietly.

jacob said " no honey i was mad at myself for everything i shouldn't have gotten mad at you for " he walks towards her more and sat down

Dakota looked the opposite way. "I thought... You wouldn't ever come back." She said as tears welled up in her eyes.

jacob sighed and started crying himself and said " that would never happen i am really sorry"

Dakota moved closer to Jacob and wrapped her arms around him in a hug. She closed her eyes and smiled to herself. "It's okay. I love you."

jacob place his arms around her and said " i love you and i don't want to get mad again"

Dakota lightly laid her head on Jacob's shoulder. She kissed his cheek and smiled. Dakota never thought she would kiss him again, but she did. "I don't want to get mad either."
