Gale tensed in his sleep when she left, face frowning slightly. He was cold now, quite cold, to be fair. |

Kayla sighed and headed back to the tent after a while before she felt a sharp pain in her shoulder and blood trickle down her arm. "Shit" She muttered, reaching back with a wince and feeling the handle of a dagger barely off her skin. The wound throbbed and dripped blood as she removed it and walked into the tent. Who threw it or why it had been thrown was a mystery to her, but she walked in and wiped the wound with a rag. She winced quietly, trying to not wake Gale, as she felt the depth of the stab. |

Gale woke with a jolt, chest heaving. "Fuck it's not real, he's dead." He muttered, hand on his side.When he felt there was no blood he let out a sigh of releif, just then noticing Kayla. "Hey," Gale croaked quietly, looking at her. |

Kayla nodded, walking outside cautiously. She grabbed what was left of the thread and a needle, reaching behind herself and trying to put some....interesting stitches into the wound. She winced with nearly every wrong pass of the needle, but eventually walked back into the tent with half-done stitches |

Gale awoke the next morning, refreshed and sore from the previous night. He stood and pulled on some pants, the heat already baring down. |
