It took sage a while to drag the animal back to the house, but once he got it back there he worked on skinning it and getting all the meat off of it happily

Sage did keep his ears perked and trained on the house as he worked, but he could tell everyone was asleep, so he took his time outside, skinning the bear and stretching the hide out before cutting up all the meat and getting that in the freezer and fridge. Then he moved back out to work on tanning the hide and putting the bones and such in buckets to wash them off so they could sue them later.

Sage was working on gatehring all the bear remains together when Celeste came out. He whipped aorund, half startled, and then gave her a grin. "Bear," he chirped lightly. "There's jars of the blood o the porch," he added

Celeste giggled cheerfully and going over to grab a jar, drinking it slowly with a straw.

Sage had already drank his full of blood when he caught the animal, and by now he was covered in it anyway. He had made a fun discovery getting hurt by the bear though....despite being a vampire, he still could bleed. It was darker in color, but still there. Maybe that was the werewolf, it was essential for some of that to work. He wasn't sure. But it was interesting

Sage finished up after a moment, a mischevious grin crossing his face as he ambled towards Celeste, planning on giving her a big old hug and kiss, knowing he was pretty sweaty and gross.
