| It means the rider has leveled up before the horse did and the training advantage actually comes from the horse training with a rider which is higher than its own level. When the numbers are red it's the other way round: the horse leveled but the rider didn't and therefore it's time to reassign it toa higher rider so it can learn something from training again. |
