Revel I live in the south so our normal humidity is around 50-60% which is what most of my reptiles like. For the ball pythons I just keep a nice thick layer of substrate that holds moisture and keep it wet, along with the water bowl full, and you can spray it down as needed. But you want a thick layer of substrate anyways especially if you do get a corn because they love to burrow around in it. I like to use a mix of ecoearth and some woodchip substrate like reptibark, or forest floor is really good too. And even add in some moss or a bit of sand helps hold moisture too. If you have a super dry house it may help to cover alot of the ventilation on the enclosure also. My frog has almost no ventilation except where the heat lamp is |
