Zephyr had finished eating his meager portion of food a while ago so he could give his full attention to Sophia. "You're going to do awesome. Encourage your team and they'll do great too. If you don't win with flying colors, do what I do. If no one freaked out, say you won there. Or if someone freaked out, if no one got hurt, you won there. Orrrr if someone got hurt, just stoop lower and say if no one died you one! If someone died then you definitely lost There's no coming back from that. Anyway good luck!" He joked with a grin, grabbing his stuff and standing as well. "I still having classes to suffer through."

" I don't think I'm going to do what you do then" Sophia laughed. She stepped away. "Bells about to ring. See you at the game! You are coming, right?" She asked.

Zephyr chuckled a little before nodded, then lifting his eyebrows at her question. "Noooo I was planning on drinking cocktails underage and flying to Las Vegas." He said sarcastically. "Of course I'm coming. See you after you win." He commented cheerfully, going to his other classes, which were still being held for him. After struggling through both of them he dropped his bag off at his truck and went to the field, where the bleachers were lined with people. This was sort of his fault. Since he kind of had an in with the principle he might've pleaded with her to make the game mandatory to go to, and she had obliged willingly saying she was even excited for it. So every student that wasn't sick or dead was here. Yes this would probably make everyone on the team 10 times more nervous but that's what friends were for. Plus no one would ever know this was his fault. He went up into the bleachers and found a good spot to sit where he could see everything and there weren't too many people around him.

Sophia laughed. "Wow. Vegas?" She gave a small wave then walked to the field. Coach wanted to get pictures before the game started. The other team showed up a little bit early and was already warming up when people started arriving. The stands filled quickly and Sophia stared at them, hee eyes widened as more and more people filled the stands. "Oh... oh my" Izzy said as she came to her side and tossed the ball in the air. Sophia tore her eyes from the stands to catch the ball before it fell on her face. "Yeah. Wow"

Zephyr leaned against the back and watched as the other team filed out onto the field. They looked good, but he was confident Sophia's team was better. His eyes trailed across the field until he noticed Sophia, and gave her a small smile, which was really more of a smirk as he saw the surprise on her face when she was looking at the stands. This was PROBABLY not helpful but it was funny. And she was the one who had complained no one would come, so she was asking for this.

Sophia caught Zephyrs smirk. +oh you think that's funny+ she thought with a grin. She turned at Coach's call and ran into the dug out. They grabbed their gloves and ran out onto the field, Sophia taking her place at first base. After and intense inning of throwing and catching, her team went to the dugout to get their helmets and bats. Sophia ran to the home plate first, holding her bat in such a way that even the other team was confused, but her team smiled. They knew what was happening. She swung with such force that the ball flew over the back fence. Sophia ran slowly as the crowd cheered, her team screaming from the dug out. The other team stood there in shock. She was one of the only girls in the area that could actually hit a full on home run. When her foot hit home, she jogged to her team, her arms out and hugging some of the girls, others hitting her helmet

Zephyr's blue eyes twinkled as the game started, but he was also internally wishing Sophia's team would win by a mile. That very quickly came about. He watched her sharply as she held the bat in a seemingly weird position, but he had watched her before and seen this. It made perfect contact with the ball, and then... bye bye ball! The whole *stadium* of people jumped on their feet and roared with applause, whistles, and yelling, Zephyr included. A wide grin spread across his face as the standing ovation started to cease. That was the best hit he had ever seen- he could've sworn the ball went for miles. No one was going to find it. There were whoops and hollers, cheers, and clapping everywhere. After this Sophia may not be so unpopular anymore.

Uh oh. She can't become popular. She'll have a fit!) - After the applause had stopped, the rest of her team went to bay, hitting close to the fence and getting three more runs before the inning ended. After three more innings, the game ended. Hee team had won by fifteen runs! Her team congratulated the other team and shook hands before running to the dug out. Sophia quickly pulled away from the rest of the girls after Coach gave them a talk about the next game. She immediately searched the stands for Zephyr, her eyes darting around.

(That's the point xD) - Zephyr watched the rest of the game carefully, and honestly his face was starting to hurt by the end- he had smiled too long. After the game ended he stood, jogging down the bleacher stairs and walking over to where Sophia was standing. "For one... I told you. Your team did awesome! For two, 15 whole runs? That's a lot to win by. For three? THAT HIT WAS AMAZING. I'm pretty sure the ball could've kissed the moon." He joked with a wide grin. "The whole team did great, but your run was the highlight of the whole game."

|
|
|
When Sophia spotted him, she crushed him in a quick hug ""thank you for being so supportive " she laughed at his congratulation. "I don't know about the moon but I guess?" She shook her head "I don't know about the highlight of the game. Izzy his a few good runs" Sophia always put the other players before herself
