Kyle refused to look at the other alpha until medics approached him. He was hesitant of letting them takeover before pulling himself together and watching his mate be taken off on a stretcher. He then stood, brushed himself off, and turned to William. "I am not going anywhere without my mate," he says in a stern tone, hearing a few mutters from the wolves around him. For all he cared they could all screw off, Kyle was not about to just abandon his mate in the condition he was in. As he stood waiting for an answer from the East alpha he could feel the wounds he had been gifted by the other wolves leaking blood from where they were.

William sighed, knowing that Kyle would continue to be stubborn. "Okay, but you'll have to remain outside until his condition is known" he says, shaking his head. "You'll have to explain what happened to me, as I'll ask my wolves what occured later. I want to know all sides" William says, the condition to allowing the other alpha to stay.

Hearing the other alpha's terms for him Kyle thought for a moment before nodding. "Alright," he says in the same stern and blank tone before allowing the other alpha to finish talking. Once William had finished speaking Kyle went to go wait outside. He then waited outside, pacing back and forth worrying about his mate. The driver of his limo came to him after some time with medical supplies and tried to treat his wounds, but Kyle refused and sent the man back to the limo.

Tucker's situation was deemed stable, but it was unclear when he'd wake up. William sent a medic to inform Kyle. Tucker's family sat in next to his hospital bed, all hoping he'd wake soon. His mother was in tears, and his brother and father both concerned and also angry someone injured Tucker.

Kyle continued to pace back and forth outside. Occasionally he would sit down somewhere nearby to stabilize himself from being lightheaded due to his wounds. After some time a medic came out and Kyle rushed over to them. "How is he," he asks anxiously, "is he awake yet?" The medic says, "We have him in stable condition at the moment Alpha Kyle. Sadly he has not awoken yet and we are unsure of when he will wake up." The first half of the news satisfied Kyle and made him a bit calmer but the fact that Tucker had not woken up yet kept his nerves high. The medic eyed Kyle, seeing the blood on his shirt. "Those wounds look to be pretty bad sir," they say, "follow me inside and I can patch them up." Kyle shook his head before saying, "I'm fine thank you. They are not that bad." The medic gave a questioning look at the alpha's words, knowing that he was lying.

Tucker may have been unconscious, but his wolf was on high alert inside. Not being able to see made him very anxious. He knew Tucker's body couldn't take a shift though, so he remained in his head, and didn't come forward. Tucker's hand twitched, then remained motionless at his side.

After sometime of arguing and attempts at persuading, the alpha was lead down to the medical area to tend to his wounds. As Kyle walked he could smell Tucker's scent growing. The natural scent he made along with his blood made him excited but also reminded him of the state his mate was in. When they entered the room the medic had him sit on a bed nearby and Kyle was cautious as he moved around the other people, who he assumed were the family members Tucker had spoken about as they seemed as worried about him as Kyle did.

Tucker's hand twitched again, as if trying to reach out. His mother cradled his head gently, stroking his hair. His father had his arms around her shoulders as she kept begging her son to wake. His brother glared at Kyle once he came in, but didn't move.

Kyle's gaze went to Tucker as he let the medic and another tend to his wounds. He soon felt eyes on his and his gaze shifted to the other boy beside Tucker's bed. Seeing that the two look similar he assumed that they were brothers. The look the other gave him was one of hatred and Kyle tried to make his own gaze seem solemn and respectful. He quietly urged the medics to hurry up as he wanted to be with Tucker and speak to his family.

Tucker's brother turned his attention back to his brother again, and his expression softened. He took his brother's hand, and silently prayed for him to get better. Tucker's parents still remained near their son, his mother sitting down as she got tired of standing.
