"uh, no" Alexa said, "the worst we get is a heavy rain, maybe some lightning, but they are really cool to watch" she said kicking her legs in the water

Tyler's eyes widened slightly. "... wow." He finally said. Tyler guessed he was just too used to Texas. He sat down by the waters edge, staring into the somewhat shallow pool

Alexa smiled as she saw a fish swim past her legs, Alexa watched it's colourful scales flash in the sunlight

Tyler didn't exactly understand way up here... but he didn't hate it anymore. It was a weird feeling, being okay with something that wasn't home. He stared into the water, identifying each fish species as it swam past

Alexa turned and watched the sun, it was currently setting, Alexa pulled her legs out of the water and stared at the sun

Tyler glanced sideways. The sunset was so pretty... it lit up the sky with pink, orange, and red colors. Light blue still reigned over on the east side, but all colors came in on the west

"I love storms, and sunsets they are a perfect mix" she said sitting back

Tyler nodded. "I've never really experienced a storm up close... we are always just hoping there aren't dead cattle laying around when our storms are over." Tyler said quietly, joking. He could see grey storm clouds moving in

"oh, those storms seem terrible" she said looking at him, Alexa turned her attention back to the sunset

"They really are." Tyler said quietly. He was almost more interested with the dark mass of storm clouds than the sunset. This was about all he ever saw of a storm. The dark mass, then after it was over a few trees scattered about, some dead cattle, then that would be it until the next storm.
