so...bred 5 SD foals. got 3 colts and 2 fillies. 3 Ws and 2 Es. anyone care to guess who got what? <.<

Well I had a terrible last 24 hours. I got home at 7 last night from an overnight trip, and I went to go feed to find my filly colicking. That's the first time I've ever had one colic. I walked her all night while running on 3 hours of crappy hotel sleep and no caffeine. I felt like I was gonna collapse. I tried all the vets in the area. Only one that picked up was one and hour and a half away. She went downhill at 2 am. Got her euthanized at 7 this morning. I've never had one that's had to be put down. My main never has anything wrong with her other than seasonal diarrhea and arthritis, knock on wood, and I've sold all my others. It's weird having her gone. Just when I was getting somewhere with her too.

Usually with greys their adult coat and their foal coat will be different Take my gal for example -HEE Click-
Jericho Stables
It wouldn't have been there as a foal. Horses turn grey at 3 and that is when the bloody shoulder would show up
Elephant Walk Stable
Her rating is diabolical, but when she was a Filly, the shoulder mark was not there... Glow up? -HEE Click-
The Undercity
I am debating on doing this or even sending her to Dodged it All again -HEE Click-
Jericho Stables
It's possible to get. If the horse had the bloody shoulder grey in combination of chimera. But there isn't a chimera pattern that is a bloody shoulder grey
The Undercity
She is a bloody shoulder looks to be some sort of either dun or buckskin under grey
