Sage chuckled and shrugged. "Couple days is what I've heard. He can't keep me in here much longer than that anyway." He chuckled. "Pretty sure he gets that considering he walked in on me trying to get up and walk around earlier," he admitted. "Charlotte's parents want to talk before I leave but the doctor doesn't want anyone else sick. So until then I suppose." He knew Anya wanted him back and healthy, so they could catch up when he wasn't dying, and he did too. Maybe they could actually get a nice night together. Of course, she could always stay here. The doctor knew about their relationship and was...pretty fine with it.

The girl raised a brow at the first bit, but gave the first half of a chuckle. "Trying to walk around? I take it you didn't get too far," she hummed in amusement. She gave a little nod at Charlottes wanting to see him. Charlotte had pretty much been spouting out that Sage was her 'bestest friend ever' in her words. The doctor had also explained that the boy had been keeping her entertained while she was hurt, so Anya guessed they'd want to thank him for that. It was a good thing, it meant he might pick up a few more people on his side. She wasn't overly sure if she should stay for a little while, or just come in for a chat and then leave... but oh well, she'd leave if the doctor told her to.

Sage chuckled and shook his head. "He was probably amused, cause he stayed to watch me trying to get all the around the bed." He knew the doctor was staying in case he fell over and died or something, but of course it was probably funny to the man. Well, the man had really only seen him hurt or ill, so maybe not. Either way, he was just glad that Anya was here. "Once I get out of here I'm kidnapping you and we're having a night where we don't get interrupted," he muttered to the girl, yawning after. He was still pretty tired.

The girl smiled softly and shook her head. "He wouldn't have stayed to watch if he didn't think it was funny," she hummed jokingly. Of course, he would have made sure he got back to his bed safely, but the amusement would probably be a bit of a plus to the guy. He was still confining himself to his office and to Sage, not willing to get anyone else sick, so he probably would have enjoyed the entertainment. The girl did flush up again at his next comment, but just a little. "I think we were planning something like that since Christmas," she hummed lightly before patting his hand. It would be nice, though. Not having to worry about being interrupted would be kind of refreshing, too. She could tell he was tired, so offered another small smile. "Why don't you get some more rest? You'll feel better after," she murmured quietly. Anya could anways go read a book or something.

Sage chuckled and then half groaned. "All I've been doing is sleeping," he complained, though he knew he'd practically pass out as soon as he closed his eyes. "And I wanna talk. Ive barely seen you," he admitted. At least if he was going to sleep, she could stay here and read instead of going back to her room. Of course, he wasn't going to ask her to stay in case she had something to do, but he did want to spend some time with the girl. He'd missed her, and even the few times they'd had, it always ended badly.

Anya shook her head ever so slightly before giving a type of chuckle. "You've barely seen me because you're ill, and hurt, and it wasn't all that pleasant to see," she murmured quietly before pointing to what would be his newest scar, the one from the surgery. "The more rest you get the quicker you'll heal." It wasn't that she wanted to go, or anything like that, but she wasn't a fan of seeing him struggle so much. Even shrugging seemed to drain the boy awfully. She did want to talk, though, so gave a type of drained sigh. "... Are you planning on leaving after this?"

Sage grunted and shrugged. He'd heal eventually, and he was one to leave before he was ready, though he doubted the doctor would allow that. "I'll leave once I'm sure you're safe," he grumbled. He gave her a slight look. "Which right now, is no where in the horizon line." He half chuckled and looked up at the girl. "And you know you're more than welcome to come find me anytime once I am gone." Her mom may not be pleased, but if she took precautions she'd be fine.

Anya gave a small chuckle, the type that turned into a sort of groan. "I know, that. And I might come out... maybe once things have cooled off again. I don't particularly want to be walking around the village alone anymore, let alone walk into the tavern to find you." She wrinkled her nose a little, knowing that they could always arrange a place to meet outside the tavern... though, it was still a bit scary for her to be waiting around the village. It always had been, but now, it was somehow worse. Even if she could get out in the day.

Sage grunted and nodded. "I know. You could always bring Luther with to walk you out or something too." He shrugged slightly. "It's really up to you." He wrinkled his nose slightly. "I don't blame you. The taverns not the ideal place to be alone at," he muttered, stifling another sleep yawn. He was enjoying talking to the girl, and he really didn't want to sleep, but he was tiring out pretty quickly. Quicker than he wanted to, for sure.

Anya nodded in agreement, though a light smile overtook her face when he tried to stifle his yawn. She leaned in and pressed a light kiss to his nose, keeping a hand on his cheek as she sat back. "Look, we have forever to talk. You're tired, so go to sleep!" She knew he wasn't exactly keen to get more sleep, but he really would feel better once he did. (sorry short!)
