Camery shook her head, her fingers running into his hair and her nais gently trailing along his scalp as she curled up around his chest. A soft breath escaped her, hating that she'd made him this upset about... well anything. "I shouldn't have done it, I know it'd upset you," she murmured sheepishly. She held him close for another moment, then drew in a gentle breath. "It doesn't matter. Let's just... move past it for now. We need to know what happened to you," she eventually decided.

She nodded softly to him. It had to be more than that. That sort of thing didn't happen just because you were upset. She wanted to know what happened to him. She pecked the top of his head. "Me leaving probably didn't help," she murmured softly. She closed her eyes for a few seconds. "We'll figure it all out later," she whispered. "Try and get some rest. I'm right here, until tomorrow morning at least."

Camery stayed awake for a little while, her nose buried into his hair and a hand lightly on the back of his neck. She felt awful - she couldn't even begin to imagine what he was feeling. She didn't know what had happened, or what he'd turned into. Soemthing so strong it could rip the bathroom tiles up without even realising it. It took a while, but eventually, she managed to drift off to sleep, completely exhausted.

Cam slept peacefully through the night, although woke up incredibly early the next day. Their wedding day. As promised, she would slip away early, but not before writing a little note. I've gone to get ready - breakfast is on the way. Don't be late!! Love you, Cam. And popped it on the side table before wandering out.

Cam wandered down to the dressing rooms, admittedly rather... nervous about it all. She still didn't know what last night was about. If she got the chance, she'd ask his mother about it. Maybe she'd know. She would ask her own mother, but she'd always seen magic as a taboo subject, for some unknown reason. Maybe it was the lack of it that the day kingdom had. The royal family were the only ones who had any form of powers, and even those weren't reliable. Cam herself didn't know what she could do with it. Still, she had to get ready - their wedding was starting at 10, so they could get on the road to... wherever they were going before it was late.
