Sage felt his blush deepen as remys fingers moved along his skin, breath catching on his throat. He barely heard his comment, but forced himself to respond in as much of a normal fashion as he could muster. "Ok," he hummed. "The nightmares tend to stay away when I'm with you," he added with a sort of sheepish chuckle. That sounded corny, didn't it? Crap. Fumbling over his words wasn't something he'd ever really done before...but here Remy was, and he was falling apart in his hands even when he was barely doing anything.

Remy smiled, glancing up at him. "That's good," he hummed. He noticed his blush. "You okay?"

Sage nodded, chuckling sheepishly when he asked if he was ok. "Fine," he noted. "I'm just not used to liking it when people touch me," he admitted. "Although I feel as though when you do it, it's more than just like," he added mischeviously, a smirk tugging at his lips. He didn't expect much, as Remy was still figuring out human stuff, but he might at least get Another kiss out of the deal. Edited at May 16, 2025 09:28 PM by NightClan

Remy cocked his head. "What do you mean?" he asked. He could tell Sage was angling at something, but he wasn't sure what.

Sage groaned and threw him a playful glare, though he was clearly more amused than anything. "I mean, Im not sure how you do it, but somehow you're making me feel like some sort of love struck school girl," he grumbled, no real malice behind his voice. "And I think you should learn about human romance and surprise me with the outcomes," he added, eyes glinting mischievously. Sage had explained some things, but he doubted Remy had cared much about it. Edited at May 16, 2025 09:31 PM by NightClan

It took a moment for it to click for Remy. "Oh! Oh.. you mean what you were trying to explain the other day?" He asked inoccently.

Sage sort of groaned and playfully whacked his chest, giving him a glare, though of course there was no anger behind it. "Oh please, I know you're not that innocent," he snorted, blush deepening. He would never admit it, but yes, he was trying to flirt, and while he was rather bad at it and Remy was figuring human life out, he figured the way he was reacting to remys (possibly unintentional) flirting told him enough.

Remy arched a brow, now rather confused. "Huh?" People under the sea didn't flirt. They were very straightforward, so he didn't know what was going on now.

Sage couldn't help but chuckle. "Babe, it's not that confusing," he teased lightly, patting remys chest gently, rather amused by it all. "You're gonna have to figure flirting out though, cuz I'm not spelling it out for you every time I want a kiss," he teased gently. Of course, it applies to wanting more than a kiss too, but for remys sanity he decided to leave the part out.

"Oh," he smiled. He leaned up, cupping his face and kissing him. He smiled when he pulled away, "We don't really flirt under the sea, sorry,"
