Caden loaded up a barbell with 350 after stretching and turned on some music.He did 5 rounds of deadlifts and clean & jerks with the 350 before adding more weight to 380 and just doing deadlifts.After he had done 7 reps of this,he ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes before curling some 80's. |
