Rosa blushes, "You're flattering me" she says. "I'd you like it so much, I'll cook for you everyday" she says. "I should stop by my house, check on my own dogs. I'll be back in a hour... unless you wanna come too?"

"No,you go.I need to clean and workout anyways." He said while STILL chewing on a pancake.

Caden loaded up a barbell with 350 after stretching and turned on some music.He did 5 rounds of deadlifts and clean & jerks with the 350 before adding more weight to 380 and just doing deadlifts.After he had done 7 reps of this,he ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes before curling some 80's.

Rosa texts Caden, Hey, is Murphy good with other dogs? I don't want to leave my dogs cooped up in a cage for very long, and he'd have play buddies
