"Why don't we pack tonight and leave tomorrow early morning that way we don't have to worry about being stuck out at night with no shelter" it made her a little nervous walking away from their cave to travel to another town. What if they didn't make it to one before it got dark? Being out in the open was not a good thing. Especially if they were going into unfamiliar territory. Cassidy stood up and she brushed off the grass and dirt from her butt and then she brushed off her hands "Okay, let's go pack that way it's ready for tomorrow. I think as soon as the sun comes up that's when we should leave." |

Sage grunted and stood up, wiping his hands on his pants. "Sounds like a plan to me. Going out at night probably isn't the best idea, even if you are a werewolf." It would be much better to get a good night's rest than to get busy now and rush out, trying to find shelter in an unknown territory at night. He was glad though, it seemed like they were both at least somewhat excited to go do something. He himself was a bit of an adrenaline junkie, admittedly, and he was looking forward to going out |

"I have night vision so it comes in handy but you on the other hand do not" she laughed softly and climbed into the cave that way she could start packing her backpack. Cassidy grabbed her bag and she unzipped it to put a few extra things in there including a couple canteens of water attached to her bag and some food inside. After she was done she zipped the bag closed and walked over to the mattress to sit down with a sigh. Even though she didn't do much that day, she still felt exhausted. A nice long sleep would do her well, especially since they planned on going for a trip tomorrow. |

Sage laughed and nodded. "I would most likely be running into trees or something if we walked around at night if there no moon," he admitted. The moonlight was fine, he could see well enough with it, but he couldn't rely on there being a moon... sometimes it wasn't large enough to give much light. He threw some stuff in his bag, whatever he thought they'd need, and then flopped onto the mattress next to Cass. |

A small giggle sounded from her "I'm sorry. I can actually picture you walking into trees because you can't see in the dark." She laid back on the mattress next to him and her eyes looked up at the cave "It would be amusing for me but I could guide you. Almost like a service dog" she smirked and she turned her head to look at him. "I love you, Sage" the words just sort of flew out of her mouth without even thinking about it. In just a few short months she already loved him and it was crazy. |

Sage laughed and shook his head, laying down next to her. "No, I'm with you. I would most definitely laugh if I ran into something because I couldn't see." He grinned over at her. "My little service wolf," he giggled. "Services include keeping me from getting myself killed, cuddles, and love." He grinned over at her, eyes twinkling. "I love you more," he purred in a somewhat flirty tone. |

A blush came to her cheeks and she rolled over to face Sage and to lay on her side. She reached up to run her fingers through his hair, a small sigh leaving her lips. She was content with him and she felt like she could tell Sage anything and everything. He was her best friend but also her boyfriend and she couldn't be happier with the man she ended up with. Her first boyfriend and in her eyes he was perfect. |

Sage rolled over to face her with a grin. He would normally tease her about blushing, but he decided to let it go. Besides, he was kind of lost in her eyes.. they were startlingly pretty. He found that he enjoy her playing with his hair too, the cuddles were all amazing, but for some reason he just enjoyed her playing with his hair most. While they were snuggling of course. He wondered what would happen if this apocalypse ever ended. What the next step would be. Would she even want to marry someone who wasn't a werewolf? Was it even allowed? He didn't know...he hoped she'd pick him if it came to a choice, but he also couldn't ask her to go against her family. No, if it came to that he'd leave...he couldn't make her pick. |

She kept playing with his hair, her eyes watching her fingers move through his long hair. Of course it was slightly frowned upon for a werewolf to be with a human but she didn't care. If the apocalypse ended she had a feeling werewolf laws wouldn't be the same like they used to be. Cassidy found love in a human and if she ever did find her parents she knew they would approve, especially since Sage risked his life for hers. He proved he would protect her with his life and he took care of her while she took care of him. Surely her parents would approve. Cassidy's eyes looked at Sage "What are you thinking about? I can tell you are with the way you are staring at me" she spoke softly since it was relaxing time. |

Sage chuckled and shrugged. "Nothing. Everything. I dunno. Mostly about how pretty you are," he chuckled, planting a light kiss to the tip of her nose. It might have been a bit cheesy but it was true...she was pretty. Cute, too, somehow. And not any less cute as a wolf puppy. |
